After the storm

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have always enjoyed our stay at Oceans Reach. Nature deal yall quite a blow with the hurricanes, but I am glad to see yall fighting back. We will be back again.

Nice peaceful location

The location is quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. The grounds well kept, the units are clean and up to date. The Only issue was the ac going out in our unit. They did move us but that was not without a bit of a challenge. The staff was not proactive at all and seemed annoyed and not helpful!!!! I had to call and stop in the office numerous times to find out what was going on. No one took the opportunity to check in with us or proactively initiate the unit move even after they found out the ac Unit needed to be replaced. Overall the stay was fine but for the price the staff should and could have been more compassionate and willing to help
