THE CONDO
This one-level downstairs end unit evokes the rustic mountain atmosphere with high-end Bob Timberlake furniture, its shiplap and wood accents; yet with all the modern conveniences of today. Wood flooring in common areas and carpeted bedrooms for extra coziness. Centrally located, and very short walking distance to amenities and restaurant, one of the closest to the Rec Center. *Please note that because this is a ground unit, there is potential to hear foot traffic above when guests are renting the second floor. It is generally not a problem and quiet hours are observed 10pm - 8am.
• Living area: Rustic, mountain-chic spacious open floorplan. Floor to ceiling stone, wood burning fireplace, shiplap wet bar, leather sleeper sofa converts to queen size bed. Stacked washer and dryer located right off living room. Note: for severe allergy sufferers, be aware that real wood is used in the fireplace!
• Kitchen: Decorated with white subway tile and granite countertops. Fully stocked with plates, glasses, pots, pans, baking dishes, silverware. Please bring your own food supplies/spices.
• Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): Comfy king-sized bed, tv, walk-in closet, and connecting bathroom with separate shower. Please note that the large jetted tub is being replaced with a larger shower soon so it is not currently in use. If you would like a hot tub experience, the recreation center, which is a short walk away, has a very relaxing hot tub room for a spa experience.
• Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, tv, and full bath just outside in the hallway.
• Common bathroom: Located just outside the hallway and includes shower/tub combo
• Large, covered balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and quiet talks in the evening. Next to the unit is a charcoal grill and picnic table to enjoy grilling out. This belongs to the Chetola building and will be subject to other guests using it as well.

It could snow! The weather can change in an instant, and we may not be able to accommodate adding extra days to your stay in inclement weather. Please ensure your vehicle is equipped properly for mountain driving in the snow. Chetola generally is well kept and is right off the main highways but always be prepared!
In warmer seasons: please watch carefully for wildlife. Do not leave any food or trash outside the condo. Do not leave food in your vehicles. Please drive carefully as we frequently see newborn deer crossing the roads in late spring / early summer.
*** Please remember that we do get snow, rain, fog, and other occasional inconveniences that are out of our control here in the mountains. Winter weather can occur here from November through April. There will be no refunds, allowances, or date changes resulting from weather conditions out of our control.
Also for any reason, your plans could change, schedules move, etc. so please consider purchasing travel insurance.
Payment is due as follows: 50% ASAP to reserve unit; balance at least 2 weeks prior to stay; lock code will be provided with final payment.
