Great stay!

This stay was perfect, and included full run of the upstairs portion of a house nestled in a nice neighborhood near the heart of Carrollton. The house was clean and provided much more than a couple of hotel rooms ... full kitchen, refrigerator, spacious, washer/dryer, and areas for our family was able to visit comfortably. If we find ourselves in Carrollton again, we'll definitely stay here.

We stayed here for attending a quick weekend wedding in the area. First and foremost, our host Steve was very accommodating and friendly. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and the home was quite spacious and fit our needs perfectly. Large bedrooms with in suite bathrooms made it easy for all of us. We hit some of the local restaurants (Brown Dog and Jerry's Diner) and highly recommend them both along with this home. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others as well. Thank you again for everything Steve.

Socializing space!

This lovely house is in a safe and clean walkable neighborhood. The open plan and fun signage created a comfortable social space. The bedrooms are HUGE. We had a relaxing visit.

Beautiful home in a fantastic neighborhook

The home was very well furnished and sparkling clean. The owner was just a short distance away and came right over when I had a question. Our family of 6 was very comfortable and could not have asked for a more relaxing stay.

Great house, great neighborhood, great stay!

The house meets and exceeds the listing description and photos. Great house for two couples. Very quite neighborhood but convenient to the square. There are several restaurants, shops, coffee shops on the square. Steve was quick to respond to our questions. Hope to visit again.

Nice property but….

We were all older friends going to an event in the area. We did not realize by the listing that there were two beds and a blow up mattress. It was listed to sleep 7. Not sure where the 7 th person would have slept. Other than that it was lovely and we would use it again but only if there were 4 or fewer people. Really nice host who answered right away when we called to let us know where the air mattress was.

Family Visit

It is a cute house in a nice neighborhood and was perfect location for my visit with family. The house is well maintained and getting in contact with the homeowner was simple and they responded quickly. Overall, a great home base for our visit.

Great Home!

We came into town for a family wedding in Roopville! This was such a cute home, very clean and spacious. Loved sitting on the front porch! Carrollton is a small town and this was in the north/east neighborhood. Very quiet and nice! Easy check-in process too! We were only 21 min from the venue and 9 min from our family who stayed in the hotels on the south side of town. Would definitely stay here again!

Worthy of a return visit

Settled in a darling neighborhood - green lawns, old trees, quaint homes, this clean and decorative 2 bedroom, 2 bath home fit the bill for our annual visit. Best friends from college, we select a different venue each summer to meet up. Standouts from our stay: the house had a great smell; Steve, the owner, was wonderful to communicate with; beds were comfortable; the home was near everything that we wanted to do; the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, serving dishes, cutlery, . . .; quiet neighbors; the driveway accommodate both of our vehicles. We both agreed that this home, and certainly Carrollton, is worth a return visit.

Comfort close to downtown

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Carrollton. With two large bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen, and plenty of gathering space, we made ourselves at home for nearly a week. In mid May the birds sang to us each morning while we enjoyed our coffee on the spacious front porch. We will definitely be staying here again!

Delightful stay...

Beds were super comfortable, it was clean and very spacious. The neighborhood is nice and very convenient to anywhere you want to go in Carrollton or even make the drive into Atlanta. Our young grandchildren visited that live in the area, so we hope we didn't disturb the neighbors. It's a good choice all the way around.

We came “home” to Carrollton to visit family for the holidays. This house was very comfortable for our family. The owners have added very thoughtful touches to make you feel right at home. The bedrooms are so spacious and the house had everything we needed!
