This breath taking and luxurious, condo offers you lavishly fully renovated and furnished lake view accommodation just a stone’s throw away from two outdoor heated pools, 2 Tennis Courts. Clubhouse and other amenities. Also, only short drive to beautiful white sandy beaches.

Our condo is located on the 2nd floor of a two-storey building (Ground Floor and 2nd Floor) situated in one of the most popular communities in Bradenton.

The condo boasts 1250 sq. ft. has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. Get a great night’s sleep in the king size bed in the master bedroom. This room also has a dresser drawer, night stands, walk-in closet, and its own master bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has two twin size beds, dresser drawer, night stand, closet and a full bathroom with a tub shower located next to the bedroom.

Accommodation includes a fully furnished Kitchen with recently new appliances to help you prepare that perfect meal, a separate breakfast area.

Full laundry with washer and dryer. The condo also includes a separate dining area that comfortably sits up to 6 people.

This a great place to enjoy your meal, or relax with friends. The living room has comfortable twin couches and is the perfect place to chill out after a long day at the beach or the pool.

Want to watch your favourite show or movie, don't worry there is a smart flat screen TV in the living room.

The balcony is a great place to read your favourite book, while listening to the gentle sounds of water coming from the lake fountain. You also have full WIFI if you must catch up on emails.

Loved this condo and it's close proximity to beach, restaurants, shopping and IMG ACADEMY. We were there for a lacrosse tournament and it was the perfect location. Condo was very clean, all the amenities were great and unit was very well stocked...even down to the spices and salt and pepper. Host was super easy to contact and helpful. Would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

Thank you for making us feel so welcome in your home. The communication—before our trip, at check-in, through the handwritten note, and even the follow-up after my check-out email—was very much appreciated and made everything worry-free. The place was extremely clean, and the new furniture in the family room added right before our stay made it even more comfortable. The on-site amenities (tennis, pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, ping pong, etc.) gave us plenty to do when we weren’t out sightseeing. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay. This condo is exactly as described and pictured. Full equipment kitchen and was pleased to find some beach chairs, umbrella and pickleball equipment in the closet. Quiet location with nice pool and tennis courts. One mile from IMG and minutes from many places to eat, stores to shop and things to do. Around 15 minutes from Holmes Beach/Anna Maria Island, depending on traffic. Highly recommend!

Unit well furnished and stocked. Owners very accommodating with early check in and later check out. On the downside pocket door very difficult to open and close. Pillows need washing or replacing.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Communications with the owner was fantastic and the condo is updated and super clean. The location of the condo is within steps of the pools and clubhouse. Perfect Stay

Everything about our stay at Roberts home went smoothly! The home itself was extremely clean and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were more than spacious. This home also had the basics needed to enjoy a day at the beach, including an umbrella! Robert checked in throughout the stay via email to make sure we had everything that we needed. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in this area. Close enough to Sarasota, St.Pete, Anna Maria Island, and other surrounding beach areas. This unit is spacious and wonderfully located near the pools, tennis/ pickleball courts, playground and clubhouse. This unit is well stocked for just about anything you might need. The unit is located on the second floor with no elevator, just in case that might be a concern for others. The property owners are very responsive in communications and take great strides in ensuring your stay is welcoming and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Great Location - April 2023

Many thanks to Robert and Margaret for all of their assistance from our initial inquiry thru to ensuring we accessed the unit and their checks to see if all was going well during our stay. Central location with an easy walk to Publics and Aldi for groceries and several restaurants...the Frog is a great place for German food. Only 15 - 20 minutes from the beach. We loved it ❤️

We really enjoyed the stay at this property. Very calming atmosphere, very cute apartment, we had almost everything we needed in the kitchen. Location is great as well, close to the shopping centers, a bit far from the Ocean as we would like but when we had no traffic, we're able to get to the beach in 17 min. Communication with the owners were easy. I even had to call them to figure out how to turn a shower 🚿 head 🙃. Would definitely recommend. I did give 4 star on cleanliness just because floors have not been washed but it seems like it's the problem with the cleaning crew. It's the problem I do see in all the rentals we had. Otherwise everything was clean. Thank you!

It is a perfect place to relax and get that well deserved break.
