Located conveniently near the highway that leads directly to EAA, there will be very little traffic to deal with when coming and going. Within a couple blocks you'll have access to groceries and several take out/sit down restaurants, gas stations, and only 2 blocks from the transit. Two and a half car garage (can accommodate parking up to 4 vehicles) and a finished basement that provides privacy and relaxation. Fully fenced in back yard.
