Holiday cottage typical Catalan situated in a very quiet environment, surrounded by cultivated fields and Mediterranean forest (Holm oaks and Aleppo pine). In the restoration process the original structure of the house has been maintained, with stone walls and wooden beams.

Outside, fenced swimming pool(7 x 4 m), barbeque, outdoor furniture and recreation area with basketball basket and ping-pong table.

The house is situated on the first floor and distributed in one level.

Large kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, oven and microwave, a dinning room with a large table and the living room with fireplace, TV and sofas. Access to a nice and quite outside porch, great for relaxing. 2 double bedrooms. Bathroom with shower. 2 twin bedrooms. Bathroom with shower.

Private and fenced swimming pool (7 x 4 m) Outdoor shower anb wardrobe with bathroon (Open from 14/06). Private barbecue.

Weekend bookings: Departures 17-18 h, as long as they do not coincide with the arrival of another client (in this case, prior notice will be given).

Very nice place to stay

We had a very good stay in this lovely and quiet house. Lot of space in and round the house and a beautiful nature. And with warm weather the pool is beautiful! Last but not least: gentle owner! Our stay was too short.

Rural house in a remote setting

The house is beautiful! The upper floor which we rented is very spacious and decorated with love and attention. Although the building itself is old, it has been equipped with all modern conveniences during the renovation. The owners are extremely nice and the house was super clean. We had to get used to the remote location and the fact that the house can only be reached by a challenging gravel path. But once used to this idea, we had a wonderful time. The pool is perfect and there was plenty of space outside for our boys to play. There is a soccer table, a ping pong table, a basketball basket and a lot of rooms to play hide and seek in. The surroundings are perfect for a long walk.

The house is the best we've ever rented. It is very spacious. With 4 decent bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower. And most important, for me at least, a spacious well equipped kitchen. With equipment that works properly. The internet connection is flawless. The house is down in a valley. Cut off from the world. Apart from a farmer who passes by you don't see anyone. The environment is fantastic and pure nature. The place to be for those who like quiet and endless walks. Or for those who want to test their mountain bike skills. In the nearby village (Avinyó-5km) you will find everything you need regarding groceries, gas station, pharmacy... (At the Condis supermarket they offer great fresh fish and seafood. And you will find good wines). If you want to explore the region, the location is very central. There are countless things to visit within a 30 minute or 1 hour drive. Barcelona is only 45 minutes away. Our children also enjoyed it immensely. They loved the pool. They could run around like crazy. And when they got tired of each other, there's still plenty of room for both of them. Feeding the 3 horses of the owner became their daily routine. The owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Despite our late arrival we received a very warm welcome. Every morning the owner came by to clean the pool. And even before we were awake he was already gone (ninja quiet). After a week they brought us clean sheets and towels. For us it was our the best holiday yet. As an angry robot once said: I'll be back!! (Heverlee, Belgium)

Tanto Jaume como Celia han sido muy amables facilitando todo aquello que les solicitamos. El espacio tiene muchos rincones muy agradables, ofrece diferentes posibilidades como paseos, piscina, rincones de lectura, espacios de encuentro… muy limpio y adecuado. Recomendable.

Un fin de semana redondo. A la casa no le falta de nada. Lo que mas le gustó a los niños fue la piscina y los caballos que tienen los dueños. La conexión a internet es la que es, no se puede pedir mas estando donde está la casa. Pero vamos, no vas a un sitio así para conectarte a internet. Como digo siempre; la recomendaría? Sin lugar a dudas.

La propriété bénéficie d'un environnement remarquable. Les paysages et la maison sont magnifiques. c'est très calme dans la journée comme dans la soirée. Le chemin d'accès n'est pas très facile (mieux vaut avoir une voiture avec un chassis un peu haut) mais ça vaut vraiment le détours. Ceylia et Jaumes sont très sympatiques. On a passé un très bon séjour à 7 personnes.
