Terrace with fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, MO oven, fridge, coffee or tea machine, etc.) and outdoor lounge. You have a barbecue and a table in a tropical tree-lined garden where you can also relax in hammocks.

Autonomous in water (tank) and electricity (generator) IMPORTANT IN GUADELOUPE in the event of a power cut.
Lagoon beaches 5 min walk (300m) - Pointe des châteaux 5 min by car - Shops, town center and International Golf 3 min by car.
