This home was clean and ready for our stay. There were plenty of linens, towels and pillows. Rooms are sizable and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans and cooking utensils. We appreciated the location, one story, flat driveway and usable garage! The neighborhood is quiet. It was easy access to Route 66 and I40. We went to Williams and rode the Polar Express and it was a short drive. We had an excellent time and enjoyed our stay. We'd stay here if we visit again!

This property has everything you could need, and is brand new. Great place, great experience. We especially enjoyed the Weber natural gas BBQ and grilling in the cool pines of Flagstaff. We will stay here again!

Excellent place to stay!!

This is a brand new neighborhood in Flagstaff and the house was immaculate. We were visiting our son at NAU and we come up every year. This was as nice, if not nicer than any other house we’ve stayed and at a great nightly rate. The communication was great, check in and out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend!

We love to travel and been to many places for pleasure and work, but we still love living in CA cause we have the best weather year round and we can head to the mountains to ski in the morning and hit the beach for a nice sunset on the same day. My kids love the beach and we have two vacation rental in Santa Rosa Beach, FL and one in Oceanside, CA. We also love to hike and ski and have a vacation rental in Flagstaff, AZ. I'm very responsive and prefer text and email.

Why they chose this property

In a new community off the historic Route 66 and just 5 minutes to Northern Arizona University and Downtown. Tour the beautiful historic NAU campus or catch a Lumberjack's game. Be sure to check out downtown with many tasty restaurants, bars, local breweries, and artisan shops. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy hiking and biking trails just steps from the house and easy access to the hundreds of hiking and biking trails of Flagstaff. In the winter, head to Arizona Snowbowl ski resort for some fun in the snow. Sedona is about 30 minutes drive to view the beautiful red canyons. And definitely do a day trip, 1.5 hour drive to South Rim, Grand Canyon where the amazing views will take your breath away.
