Leah's Loft is designed to give our budget travel the finest accommodations available in Fredericksburg at such a reasonable price! Leah's Loft is a cozy studio-style suite offering a combined bedroom/living/dining arrangement with a queen size bed, private bathroom with shower, and an open patio. What Leah's Loft lacks in size, she makes up in style. The adorable bed linens and decor are sure to win rave reviews for this little jewel box of a suite. When It comes to cozy, clean, cute accommodations suited to the strictest budget, Leah's Loft fills the bill!
However, Kelly's also offers three other suites: Sandy's Serenity, Erin's Escape, and Sarah's Secret, each offering their own special charms and with varied pricing for different budgets. Rent just one and enjoy a perfect couples' hill country getaway. Or rent them all in order to accommodate small groups up to eight guests. Either way you simply cannot go wrong choosing Kelly's Creekside as your Texas hill country haven.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Great location!

You can't beat the location! A five minute walk to all the shops on main. And a 2 minute drive to the big HEB across the street. The room is very tiny, so be prepared for that. Especially the shower! But we knew that going in. The hot tub is cozy and the views of the creek and the deer in the evening were so nice. We do wish there would have been a better outdoor seating area with a view from our room but you can easily walk down the path to the shared patio. We will definitely be back to Kelly's Creekside to stay at one of the other properties!

Great little Loft!!!!

Very cute and quaint and it is in a great location. Could walk to everywhere we wanted on Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Great base of operations for Fredericksburg! Walking distance to all of downtown and covered off-the-street parking. And a hot tub!This is a great little spot. It is small, but has everything you need. As a place to drop your stuff and sleep, it’s perfect.Loved the creek and the property. I watched the deer and a skunk who made a nightly foray down the bank.We will definitely be keeping this place in our list to visit again.

With HEB across the creek, Hill & Vine about a 2 min walk away and the strip close by, this place is great! We enjoyed the hot tub and our view of the creek! The shower had shampoo and conditioner! There is a Keurig and a mini fridge that worked well! I couldn't figure out the TV but it was a nice break away from the same ole same ole. We enjoyed our stay and I will certainly stay here again. It had everything we needed!

I love staying near the main strip so you can walk to everything. The unit was fine for 2 people. About the size of a small hotel room. The shower is very small. If you are 6 feet tall it will be way too small. I was disappointed in the hot tub. did not get to use it. It was definitely not cleaned or shocked after the last people. the water was gross.

It's smaller than Cozy

This is a cute place in a good walkable location to all the fun of main street. The space is small, do not expect any additional seating or space to put your luggage. The shower is also extremely tiny, you will be touching the side of the shower or the curtain at all times. The 1st place we have ever stayed in Fredericksburg that I would never consider staying at again.

Great location!

We overall enjoyed our stay at Leah's Loft. The location was excellent! There were a few things that we wanted make suggestions about. The blind that covers the front glass front door is see through! We had to hang an towel over that blind. Also, there were no knives, only forks & spoons. It would be nice to have more outlets and more accessible. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the little room was cozy. The position of the TV on the wall was not very easy to watch from bed. Maybe put it on the wall in front of the bed. Also, there were no instructions for how to work the TV, there was one sentence that started to explain, but that was it...very strange. Thank you and we will consider staying at your property again when we come back to F'burg. Anne Givens

Okay For THe Money

Overall the experience was "Good" in that the Unit is very close to Main Street and a decent price especially for it being last minute during the holiday season, but I wouldn't stay in this unit again. I've stayed in Sarah's Secret, moreover, my last three/four stays in FBurg were deliberately booked through Absolutely Charming props. This unit's privacy is questionable, the entry door window covering was such that anyone passing by (and there were people) could see directly into the unit and the bed; The shower was tiny even for European standards, and there weren't any instructions on how to get the TV and Cable box to work. We called the number posted in the room where we had to leave a message - which never got returned. We called again the next morning and the "owner" tried to explain to "walk" us through troubleshooting it which didn't ultimately work - honestly, it was apparent that she didn't know what to do either. Again, overall okay for what it is, but the worst experience I've had thus far at an Absolutely Charming prop.

Had a great time and enjoyed Leah's loft. I do suggest adding a pull chain to the ceiling fan so we can change the speed of the fan or shut it off while the light is on.

Disappointing.

I didn't mind that this was a small property because I thought the trade off was the location, the scenery, and the hot tub. The pictures are a little misleading because it looks like the hot tub has a creek view. The hot tub was cloudy with a line of scum around the top and smelled bad. When I called they came out and shocked it with chlorine, but it was still cloudy and scummy. The bed was really uncomfortable and had only two thin pillows. The location was the only redeeming factor, so if you don't care about anything else than that, it's fine.

Property was cute. Shower a little small but everything else was just fine. Walking distance to everything. Only complaint is that it was dirty. Do not know what happened. Floor had lots of dirt still (wife swept floor twice). Smelled the dust from air conditioner ( maybe need to clean filter 1 or 2 times a year).
