Cottage in the countryside, adjoining our accommodation. Located in Polliat but 10 minutes from the center of Bourg-en-Bresse, 10 minutes from the A40 motorway entrance, 5 minutes from the Fleyriat hospital center. Car essential.

Ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen (fridge with freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine), convertible sofa bed. Toilet.

Upstairs: 2 spacious attic bedrooms. Bathroom with Italian shower. Toilet.
1st bedroom: 1 double bed 140x190 + 1 single bed (90 x190) + 1 extra bed (80x190)
2nd bedroom: 2 single beds that can be joined into a large double bed (180X190) and 1 single bed 90x190.

Flat screen TV (in living room and 1 bedroom), WiFi internet.

Heating: pellet stove in the living room. Reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms, electric towel dryer in the bathroom.
