Our apartment is perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 children with its living room, adjoining kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and separate toilet.

The loggia of 6m2 will allow you to spend lunches or peaceful moments observing the sea on each side of the table.

A parking space is dedicated to you and not numbered.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and accessorized: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, refrigerator 1 door with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, food processor, fruit service sea…

The apartment is rented all year long, watch the calendar.

off-season (from 01/10 to 05/04): 3 nights minimum - 50 euros / night
Mid-season 1 (from 06/04 to 15/06 and from 15/09 to 30/09): 3 nights minimum: 60 euros / night
Mid-season 2 (from 15/06 to 12/07 and from 17/08 to 15/09): 4 nights minimum: 70 euros / night
Full season (from 13/07 to 17/08): 7 nights minimum: 95 euros / night

Marie de Ty'Accueil, your concierge on site, will welcome you to the premises and can facilitate your stay, contact it before your stay to arrange an appointment for your arrival and departure.
She will be available throughout the stay to answer your requests (concierge, babysitter, full fridge ...)

Departure: between 9am and 12pm

CONDITIONS

Bed linen and towels are not provided - Marie offers its linen rental service (20 euros per prepared bed and 5euros per bath towel)

A deposit of 300 € will be required upon your arrival and will be refunded 7 days after your departure if no damage is found.

You can choose the cleaning option (60 €) to specify. Otherwise, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

The apartment is non smoking and pets are not allowed.
