The large gathering area and kitchen worked well for after skiing games and commraderie. Close to Giant's Ridge where our family likes to ski. Everyone had space to spread out.

Our impressions
There were some issues. The first night, it was quite cold on the ground floor, and very warm in bedroom 5. There was no shampoo and some bathrooms had no outlets. There were quite a few flies in the house. Some of the coffee cups had cracks. There should be warnings about the steep stairs.
We were looking for a location close to Giant's Ridge that would fit our ski team, and this property fit the bill. Plenty of room/beds for a large group.
The Northern Lights Music Festival purchased this historic American Four-Square house, which was the original Aurora Hospital, built in 1907. This capacious, yet simple house is outfitted with enough beds for a ski team--up to 25, or you can choose to rent smaller units within the house for smaller numbers of people.
Why they chose this property
This is a very clean, well maintained value property.
