385 Uptown Artist Cottage

UPTOWN ARTIST COTTAGE has three beautifully decorated bedrooms with elegant bed linens and individual closets. There are two master suites with king size luxury mattresses and one queen guest bedroom. The main house has a large master suite has sliding doors that open up to the private fenced backyard with more areas to entertain and relax. In the backyard, you will be able to relax by a fire pit, soak in a large 6-person jetted spa, or read a book by the beautiful flower garden and bird fountain. This master suite bedroom includes a large luxurious bathroom with a vintage styled claw foot tub and corrugated tin shower and large walk-in closet.


The second master suite with king size bed has its own entrance off the driveway and is separated by the laundry room area to the main house. This Victorian-Southwestern styled bedroom is perfect for privacy and solitude and has its own bathroom and corrugated tin shower. The main house guest bedroom has a queen size luxury mattress with closet and a hallway bathroom with corrugated tin shower.


An outdoor staircase in the backyard leads you to a viewing deck to see Sedona’s vistas and famous Snoopy Rock. Soft Sedona breezes, relaxing on comfortable outdoor furniture with a glass of wine or gazing up at the starry Sedona skies will make you want to stay here forever!

This was such a fun property to stay at in Sedona! It’s decorated artsy and fun. It’s so convenient to walking to the shops and restaurants in uptown, which is a huge bonus! We loved this property!

Great location- we were able to walk to dinner most nights. The view is amazing! Enjoyed the ample TVs and that every room had their own bathroom. A few bedroom things to note: one of the king rooms you have to access from the outside. The door is right next to the main door but it means they have to enter the access code to get in the main home. But this room is large and has a nice bathroom. Also to note, the smaller bedroom does not have an attached bathroom. You get the hallway bathroom- no biggie, just noting it. The home itself was a fun style. It felt like it was meant to be in Sedona. Lots of character!

David was very responsive and was able to allow us in early. He quickly and graciously addressed a concern, ensuring that minimal time was spent getting into our lodging and more time could be spent enjoying beautiful Sedona. We loved using the kitchen to make our meals, and loved using the backyard entertainment. The neighborhood is peaceful and the views from the house are stunning. The nearby Pocket fire had us finding a few unexpected gems, trails we never would have experienced had the popular tourist places been open. Beds were perfect for restoring our energy to hike more the next day. We would certainly reserve with David again.

Great views, perfect location, quiet but within easy walking to restaurants and shopping. The cottage is well appointed and very comfortable. Definitely enjoy the rooftop deck for sunset and drinks!

Sedona getaway
