We had an excellent stay. The property was just what we were hoping for and the property managers were very responsive and attentive to our needs. We look forward to staying at the property again!
Nice home but if you want ski-in/ski-out do your homework
While the home was nice and having a townhome is lovely I communicated with the rep about the ski-in/ski-out location prior to booking and he should have been more forthcoming. ~ I was told by the mountain Conceirge I used to book cars, tickets etc this area of the mountain is not reliable ski in/out in December and March and the actual access is completely dependent on natural snowfall (much of which is rocks and could be icey). It’s also a hard part of the mountain to access for everyone. ~ I am upset because I was clear the ski-in /out was important bc I was traveling with family and most hosts I’ve communicated with regarding ski homes let you know **in December and march this home might not be ski in and out. I asked almost everyone on the mountain and they said that side of the mountain opens last and they would have rented at panache or on Nansen bas - which were available when I was booking. The shuttle is a joke if you have little kids. I was hoping to ski back and check in on my 80 year old father in law. ~Needless to say - if you want to travel with a family for ski-in and ski-out don’t rent this unit. If you want reliable ski in and ski out - go to panache or Nansen bas area and don’t rent in December or March. ~the trip was ruined for us and I spent a fortune. whomever reads this and is thinking of renting you are better informed. If the rep replies the trails were open, I have videos, a 300 foot icey hike to a trail that went to a parking lot was open 1 day

Amazing guest took good care of the property. Would be so nice to host them again!
The property is beautiful with spectacular views of the lake and Mont Tremblant. We were 5 adults and 2 children. The condo was not only beautiful, but spacious and comfortable. We found the area offered many thrilling and varied activities that were enjoyed by all of us. Most importantly, the property manager, David, was kind, responsive and attentive to all of our needs. His immediate responses made our vacation ! Our family experience at Mont Tremblant was magical. I highly recommend this property.

We are happy that you enjoyed your stay! Looking forward to welcoming you again.
We can't say enough about how lovely this property is. The location is two doors down from ski in/out access, the view is spectacular, and with two comfortable living spaces, there was a spot for everyone and everything. The kitchen is well stocked, and the decor is comfortable and modern at the same time. Plenty of seating, and lots of room for everyone's gear. Lovely, lovely home.

We are happy that you enjoyed your stay! Looking forward to welcoming you again.
This property is located at the top of the mountain offering exceeding views. Very comfortable home - spacious and well equipped. We didn’t even use the basement area which was nicely organized for a game room - movie area. Lots to offer as a comfortable stay for a family looking to get away. Tasteful decor and thoughtful linens for a very comfortable sleep! There is a nearby beautiful pool and hot tub, and park for the little ones too. One of the nicer properties for sure. Thank you for a nice stay.

Great space and great location…however very important information missing from listing
The property is 5 stars (location, cleanliness, amenities, etc) however it was not stated in the listing (I have screenshots for proof) that certain areas of the property could not be used past 10pm such as the jacuzzi or the balconies in order to comply with the strict noise restrictions of the areas (these are townhouses and not detached buildings).
We were surprised to be informed of this very important fact as we were checking-in by the host….
As a result, I was sitting on my nerves throughout the entire trip for fears of a noise complaint and for the host to get in trouble…exactly what I didn’t need for a weekend getaway.
Sure enough the next day I got a call from the host about a noise complaint. We were a groupe of 8 (couples +35 age) so by no means were we blasting music but we were laughing and having a good time. I was then offered the option to leave on that day and to get a refund for the remaining day which I found extremely odd…we planned this trip weeks in advance not to leave halfway through.
To conclude, if you are a group of 8 (which is the number of people this property can host) expect to be extremely quiet past 10pm. If you are ok with that then by all means it’s a fantastic property. If not, better look elsewhere where you can properly let loose with your friends. This property hosts up to 8 guests which was the exact number of guests we had. We were a group of couples 35+ that wanted to retreat to tremblant and reconnect after such a long Covid lockdown period.
Despite all of this, the host David was respectful and friendly throughout. I just wish we knew about the noise restrictions.
Beautiful home and spectacular view, clean and cozy. Host was great . Close walk to village and house has everything you need. We will be going back for sure.
We were beyond pleased! David was a gracious host and the chalet was beautiful. As nice as the photos are they do not do this place justice. It is much larger and roomier than I was expecting. We were a group of 7 and everyone was comfortable in their bedrooms. Everything in the home was clean and seemed brand new. The kitchen is fully stocked and had so many options for coffee and tea, which we loved. Check in process was easy, ski in ski out was easy, view is beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here, it is one of the nicer chalets we have stayed in on our annual mont tremblant trip. We will most certainly be back!
We enjoyed our 10 days in this quiet and beautiful mountain chalet. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds and linens were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake meals at home including aluminum foil, cling wrap, and coffee! TVs in almost every room! Our property manager David was 100% responsive and helpful in every way. The only downside is that they need to do a better job making sure that cars are not illegally parked on the private road because it was out of control on certain days around New Years and made it difficult to come in and out. There is a number to call to Tow away cars but that felt too harsh. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to come back again!
