We had an amazing time!! Really felt like a cabin in the mountains! My kids loved staying upstairs! We were in walking distance from the river and enjoyed the walk on the tracks!

Meghan, glad you enjoyed your stay. Enjoyed having you.
We enjoyed our 2-night stay. Perfect location to enter Glacier National Park on the west side. Close to good food in Columbia Falls and Whitefish. Hosts were very helpful! We would stay there again when in the area.
The cabin was spotless and the hosts were very welcoming with many lovely touches that made us feel at home. Everything was quite comfortable and we had an excellent stay.
The house was whimsical and cute. It was also very clean and quiet. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It's a nice little place tucked away with some pretty views of the mountains. It is close to everything, but still feels private and secluded.

The chalet was as described. It had a nice, rustic atmosphere. It was very clean and had all the basics we needed. The owner lives on the property and was great to work. Only negative was steep stairs to upper room in the loft.
This was our first time vacationing like this. It was so cozy & cute, very peacefull and quiet. It was warm in MT and the owner checked in on us. The owner gave us good directions, which we appreciated. We had a time.
At the end of a dead end road - No road traffic. Isolated with all amenities that you would need for a get away. Cabin was comfortable, clean and private. 30 min drive to Glacier National Park. However, not as close to river or lake as indicated, but not a big deal for us.
We had a great experience. Cabin was perfect for us. Clean and cozy. Wildlife in back yard! Communication with hosts was great. Nice secluded location and even though it was close to train tracks it didn’t disturb us at all! Bed slept great! Nice breezes throughout the cabin. Would recommend to others!

Glacier fun
Not what we expected. The place was really cute. Clean. Just more people around. Thought it would be more secluded. Host was helpful when needed.
It was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and cozy. My only complaint was that the last picture on the listing was of a fire pit that was built up with seating with a body of water in the background. I thought the rental would be right on the water and have a spot to make a fire. There was a place to make a fire there but we did not feel comfortable using it and there was no body of water there.

We have two fire pits on the property and one close to the river like in the picture, but for using the third one it is necessary to go 7 mins toward the river. However, folding chairs can be placed near the two fire pits. Every year we make our property improvement. We will do this place.

Glacier vacatio
Location was interesting…did see Turkeys, pheasants & deer in field behind the cabin. Mike & Irina were nice. Lots of construction stuff going on. Cabin was okay, no couch or soft chairs in cabin, only 3 wooden table chairs at table. Only hard back chairs & no comfortable chairs outside, after gone all day, need place to relax. The photos online were not good depiction of outside. Loved Glacier, proximity to West glacier & Kalispell was a plus. Next 2 places we stayed were so much nicer & less expensive. One near East Glacier & the other in Idaho Falls.

There were some minor works to improve the paths and plant trees, but now they are not being done and are not planned. The sofa is in the process of being delivered - here we agree with the guest that this will make the place more comfortable. We have 4 chairs in the house + 4 on the patio + a wooden sofa-bench built into the wall in the living room with four sofa cushions that are used for comfortable sitting. Even in the presence of the guest, we installed a comfortable outdoor chair with a footstool on the central porch. Previously, guests did not advise us to change anything, but we welcome advices from "beautiful princesses on the pea" helping to improve our place. It was unexpected to see 3 * after several 5 * this year - we talked to the guests and there were no complaints (the guest is very pleasant in communication). The price is always tied to the season, location and quality of housing. We compare prices in our location and try to find a balance between price and quality. With the furniture of the living room we solve the issue by trying to find the optimal solution. Thank you.

Intrusive
The owner was nice enough.
I had to wash table when I got there because it was so dirty. It stated that Towels were provided but there was only one bath towel for showering and no washcloths at all. I asked him for a washcloth and he brought me a kitchen towel. The grass was up to my knees so you couldn't really enjoy the yard. And I know there will be mosquitos but the long grass didn't help I'm sure.
All those little things aside, most importantly needs to be noted that he should NOT be using the cabin during the day when his renters are gone. He came in to use the washing machine while I wasn't there. I paid to rent your property for four days, it's MY space for those four days. Then, final night I was sitting on the deck talking on my phone when he came over and said "Can I throw these in the washer" his armful of sheets. I said that I had stuff in there so he couldn't and went inside.
He should NOT be entering the property when he has it rented out, I feel that is just wrong.

Thanks for your review and I appreciate your staying with us. My apologies if a table that was dirty when you arrived. We take pride in our cleanlinesst have somehow missed cleaning it.
3 large bathroom towels, a kitchen towel, and numerous washcloths were provided when you arrived. The washcloths were in the bathroom shelf.
I have no problem bringing you more but thought it was a strange request.
Apologies for the tall grass during your stay but it attracts wildlife and I leave it tall. The grass has since been cut closer to the house.
No one entered the chalet or did laundry during your stay and you took my laundry joke on the last night at face value apparently.
Beautiful location and close to west glacier entrance. Mike the owner was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some good roads to take. We would definitely go back! I loved watching the planes in the morning!
