This beautiful Amalfi 307A Gulf View beach condo located at Amalfi Coast Resort in Miramar Beach, FL across from the beach sleeps a total of 6. It offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas and the private balcony. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of Summer. Upon entering this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch TV from the large Smart HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you would need to prepare a home cooked meal for the family. The breakfast bar seats 3 and the dining area seats 9. Enjoy Gulf views from the dining area, breakfast bar, and outdoor dining area.

The master king suite offers an HDTV and private bath with a walk-in shower and tub. The bunk nook area is tucked off the hallway and offers sleeping for 2 with a twin over twin bunk, perfect for kids! There is a full bath with a walk-in shower located off the common areas and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. This charming Gulf view vacation rental beach condo conveniently includes a washer and dryer in the unit as well and can sleep a total of 6 comfortably.

At Amalfi Coast Resort you can feel safe at this gated community and spend your days indulging in several amenities, including two community pools, new fitness center, tennis courts, grilling stations, a cozy fire pit area, and more! With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the cross walk to the beach and lounge in the sugar white sands. Amalfi Coast Resort is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, beach front local seafood dining, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, HarborWalk Village, Baytowne Village, parasailing, snorkeling, waverunners, kayak rentals, and more!

*The nearest public beach access is just across scenic 98 a 2 minute walk away. It is public beach access #50 across from Amalfi and is now open and offers public restrooms (coming soon). Parking is limited. There is alternative beach access at Geronimo Street, just a 3 minute walk away.

Relaxing stay but could use an AC tune up

This condo was very clean and the bedding and furniture was comfortable! AC unit wasn’t great so it was warm and humid inside (especially at night). It’s been a few years since we stayed at Amalfi Coast and were surprised to find that the beach across the street is public.

Great Vacation Spot

This was the perfect location for our family summer vacation. Kids enjoyed the short walk to the beach and pools. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

We expected better, outside was much better

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After driving 9 hours, the condo was not ready by 4:00, when check-in "Begins". Apparently that is only if they are ready for you. Didn't know where the assigned parking spot was and here you are by a giant pole! First thing you see when stepping into the condo is the bunk beds, so if you have a little one, not a good place for a nap. My older kids were too big for the bunks. The floor had sand all over it, for a hefty cleaning fee, you expect it to be CLEAN, nope, dust everywhere, chewed up straws left behind. Most window dressings are broken. The dresser had really shallow drawers and even that was broken. The chair in the living room with the fake leather is all missing at the head and arms. There was a bolted lock on the pantry, no actual knob, so that was awkward. Sliding glass door was a struggle to slide. The bathrooms were laid out weird, switch was hard to reach in master when dark, the small bathroom, you had to walk all the way in and around the sink to close the door.Things I liked, the kitchen had almost anything you needed for a basic cook. There was plenty of pillows, even a small fan to drown out noise. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The outside pools were rarely crowded (the condos were not full either). There was a bridge over a manmade pond with fish and turtles that you can feed. Close walk to the beach, but it would have been better to know the access directly across the street was still closed. We spent a lot of time outside, 5 people in the condo is crowded.
