Paradise in the Mountains

The house was amazing. Close to all attractions and easy access to pharmacies and grocery stores. Despite being close to the business area, the property offered some nice views and had everything to entertain our family.

The cabin was so nice. It was well stocked, clean and in a great location. The beds were comfortable, and the grandkids lived all the entertainment amenities. They swam, played the video games, and enjoyed the theater room and deck hot tub! The checkin/out process was so smooth and the staff helped in every way responding quickly to an issue we had (not related to the home).We would stay again and highly recommend this cabbn.

Perfect getaway

The cabin was absolutely amazing as well as the surroundings. My family and I enjoyed everything the cabin had to offer from the gameroom, the theater room and the pool. The decks on the back of the house have a beautiful view.

Great vacay

We had a great stay! Perfect location that was so convenient but also quiet and peaceful. Well equipped cabin as advertised, pool was warm enough to swim in, fun games and large theater. Fun was had by all! Jim even called to check on us but we didn’t need a thing. Would definitely stay again!

Our family loved it.

We absolutely loved the house. The kids loved indoor pool and hot tub. The arcade games where a huge hit with the kids and even the adults. It was close to everything. We will definitely be coming back to this house.

Perfect Trip

This place is better than advertised. The cabin was immaculately clean. The queen bunk bed set up was a big hit with the kids- each with its own outlet to charge devices, and lights built in to the bottom bunks for reading. The upstairs king beds were easily the most comfortable we've ever gotten staying away from home. Pool and hot tub were perfect as well. Neighborhood is quiet, and surrounded by family homes instead of other rentals. Convenient location near the Parkway. Very attentive and helpful owners as well. Would rate higher if I could.

Amazing cabin!!!

Everything it was advertised!! The kids loved the pool and the games.weather was hot so every night we end the day with a swim. Which helped them sleep well in the awesome bunk beds. We had awesome movie nights in the theater room. It was right in the heart of town with everything close to us. Overall a great cabin! Charlie

Not worth the money

The property is nice but the management group is terrible and rude. There were no trash bags in the condo. No shampoo or conditioner, managers are extremely unprofessional and rude. We will be telling everyone we know this is a horrible place to stay. I would remove it from VRBO altogether

This guest brought a dog to a house that was not pet friendly and was upset that they were called about it. Because of this issue, we had to do extra cleaning and work to get ready for the next guests. They would not be welcome at our house again.

The cabin was clean up in arrival. 3pm check in with 10am check out does not give you a full day rental. The pots and pans are subpar at best beat to death. Water pressure is terrible in showers. While the mattress is comfortable the blankets provided are Terrible just a simple comforter made of rough material. Theater room TV and surround sound was sub-par disappointing one sound bar and 70" TV the cable is terrible. The view is mediocre and covered mostly by trees. Over all for price of the rental I would save the money and headache. Way to many charges things to worry about very stressful for a vacation rental just go to Hilton save some money headache and time. Also road into this property is a nightmare.

Anonymous?, we are sorry that you were unhappy but must disagree with you completely in your review. 99.9% of our guests at Smoky Mtn Springs have been very happy with their stay. We never heard from you at all during your stay and would have been happy to move you to a different place. You did leave our place in fine condition and even left 90 minutes early so our cleaners could get a jump on the day.

This was an amazing place to stay! We walked in to a fresh smelling, open floor plan with a spacious kitchen (an awesome island) and inviting living room with an entire wall of windows. The 2 bedrooms upstairs were the perfect size with comfy, king beds and came with their own bathrooms—large walk-in showers. Downstairs, the pool was cool and very clean. Our daughters used it and the hot tub (outside under the covered porch). The game room was super fun with a variety of games for everyone. We only used the theater room once, but in addition to the 10 or so movie seats, there were 3 overstuffed beanbag chairs with backs. Our daughters (ages 18 & 20) loved them! The most amazing room for them had to be their bedroom. They had each brought a friend so each of the 4 got their own bed. The bunks were all queen sized and had actual stairs to get on the top bunks…genius! The girls used the downstairs bathroom so nobody fought over bathroom use all weekend. The owner contacted us after the first night just to check in to see if everything was good. We appreciated that! This was a perfect spot to connect with family and friends. We would love to book this house again!
