Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Difficult entry process despite being provided detailed instructions because you need 3 different codes to access 3 different doors, the last of which is very tight with the second and there is no light for the second. The apartment was dirty: had to wash every dish and utensil before using, only fish soap provided had been very watered down top of water kettle and Nespresso dirty, blanket and extra sheets had stains, AC hose was broken (cracked) so wasn't efficient, a horrible sewer smell came out of shower drain after use. There was a frying pan full of grease/oil in the oven and a drip or broiler pan full of grease and I don't know what grossness. Informed property manager immediately and received no response! The only place to hang clothes is on a low rack in the closet where the mop, bucket and vacuum are stored - too short to hang dresses. The second floor of the building had 2 dirty mattresses lying in the halfway. One night when returning to the apartment a rat ran over my foot! A few pamphlets are provided for tourist information but from several years ago. I don't know how anyone could cook because there are No utensils provided. Very near train station which means very far walking from old town. We have stayed at many VRBO and vacation rentals, this is by far the worst.

: Location. A quiet and pleasant flat, adequately equipped, though the kitchen is a bit basic. Nice shower The smell of the rubbish bins. I arrived on Monday and left on Sunday, and the rubbish was never taken out. On arriving on the ground floor, the smell was more than unpleasant, especially during this heatwave. Finally, poor TV reception. Very patchy. Had to reset it every evening. Instructions for the various appliances should also be provided so that guests can operate them

Quelle honte !!!!

Nous avons remis les clés dans la boîte et quitté ce logement indigne !!! Une arrivée dans une cage d’escalier sans lumière !!! Un engin à roulette en guise de climatisation et qui plus est dans une seule pièce uniquement ! Un ventilateur qui ne fonctionnait pas Une forte odeur à l’entrée dans le logement ! Bref une catastrophe !!!! Pour une personne en situation de handicap cela a fait beaucoup trop Nous attendons un remboursement de votre part eu égard à ces circonstances inadmissibles

Pas les bons codes, je me suis retrouvé à plusieurs reprises bloqué dehors

Le code de la porte principale n était pas le bon, j ai sollicité à plusieurs reprises vos services mais sans une réponse concrète. La seule qui m a été apportée est : la femme de ménage est passée ce matin, il n y aucun pb. En réalité et en creusant un peu avec des résidents de l immeuble, j ai fini par trouver les bons codes de la porte d entrée. En synthèse, on a une seule fois l occasion de faire une bonne première impression et lorsqu on est incapable de comprendre pourquoi un client se retrouve bloqué dehors et sans solution, on ne mérite pas d avoir un retour client positif. Vraiment dommage car le concept semblait intéressant...
