Sleeps 26....Waterfront Lakehouse on Lake Sam Rayburn. Unbelievable views!

Unbelivable 3 story lakehouse on Sam Rayburn in Tiger creek area. This property is right on the water with unbelivable views. There are 3 floors with a full bathroom on each floor. Master bedroom is on the top floor with a king sized bed and has a private balcony overlooking the lake. There is also a bunk room on the 3rd floor that sleeps 16, a full bathroom with bathtub/shower and wash room with a brand new washer and dryer. The middle floor bedroom has two queen sized beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub/Shower. The kitchen is on the middle floor open to the family room with 60 inch flat screen tv and leads out to the huge balcony with seating over looking the lake. The bottom floor bedroom also has to queen sized beds, a full bathroom with a stand up shower and another living room / game room with tv. There is also a second kitchen on the bottom floor as well. Bottom floor leads out to another patio with seating. Adjacent from the lakehouse out back there is a big gazebo with plenty of seating and views of the lake.

Great place with lots of amenities for our group of 20. Game room on the bottom floor was great for kids. Two well stocked kitchens accommodated all of our food prep needs. Waterfront was nice for fishing and ski boats. Owner was very responsive. This is our second stay at the house and we plan on returning!

This place is awesome! We have a large family and had plenty of room. The place was clean, had everything we needed and then some. The view of the lake and sunsets were great. This house was awesome, works great for large groups or smaller groups if you want spread out. The patio, yard and lake access are even more awesome!!! Great location on the lake with beautiful sunsets and views. Eric did a fantastic job answering questions, preparing us for the trip and handling our needs throughout the weekend. The Sullivans property is awesome for a big great group with plenty of beds. Very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed! The best part was all the room outside and right on the water. You can leave your boat out on the bank! We had a blast.

Great house , plenty of space and beds, excellent outdoor space , large amount of seating outside . Great lakefront view . For a house that sleeps 26 there should be more bathroom linens and the downstairs kitchen needs some TLC . I would rent it again

Thank you for the review. The downstairs kitchen is a second kitchen and we do not use that kitchen since we remodeled and we have the new kitchen on the middle floor. The second kitchen is just an added bonus if you need a second stove and a second refrigerator. We only provide 6 towels on each floor. There is no way possible we can provide towels for all 26 people on a 2 night rental. We always encourage our guest to bring extra towels. We hope to see you again soon. Eric

Beautiful. Relaxing. An experience

Had a blast and it was literally the perfect getaway. The view was breath taking, and loved watching the sun come up and set everyday. The house was so roomy and plenty spacious, even more than the photos show. Everything that was needed was there , like toilet tissue and paper towels, regular towels etc. and the host was very easy to get in contact with.

Great communication with the property owner

House was clean when we got there. The house is set up very nicely to accommodate large groups. Pots, Pans, BBQ pits, and propane were all onsite and ready to use. The back sitting area has a great view of the lake and also set up very nicely. They even had ropes attached to trees to be able to keep our boats in the water and tie them up.
