We loved our stay here. The cabin was in great shape and was better than we imagined. Wonderful host who was prompt and was easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.
My boyfriend and I stayed at this cabin for a Christmas trip. We previously had an experience where we arrived at a cabin to use the hot tub and it was not turned on so we had to wait 4 hours for it to heat up. So we contacted the host ahead of time to ask only ONE thing and that was to ensure the hot tub would be turned on and ready to go as we both took off work early to arrive at 4 and enjoy the hot tub. We arrive and the hot tub is less than half filled with water, the flap is up, and it is not turned on. We were very unhappy to say the least and did not get to use it that day as we had to wait an hour for it to fill up and then heat up the ice cold water. Our refund/compensation for this was not sufficient and the host did not try very hard to make it right. We also arrived to a very unclean toilet when the bathrooms said they had been cleaned. We went to play pool and one of the two sticks had a broken tip. Overall our experience could have been a lot better for the price we paid to stay here.
View was outstanding! The location was absolutely perfect. We had family that rented near by and it worked out great. There are bears looks for food, so don’t go out at night by your lonesome, even to take out the trash. The door handles would get stuck, but outside of that, I have zero complaints. We were blessed to be with family. That was the ultimate gift.
The cabin had beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets while relaxing in the hot tub. The road up is pretty treacherous the first couple of times. This was our first VRBO rental and we'd definitely stay again.
The place was very close to all the attractions and had a great view , plenty of space . Parking space was a tight squeeze due to the size vehicles we took and the road was very curvy going up the mountain. But worth it !
As a first time cabin vacation it was everything we hoped it would be. The cabin itself is clean and comfortable (and BEAUTIFUL), all necessities were provided. We spent a lot of time on the upper deck just relaxing and watching the evening sunset after our outing in Pigeon Forge.
We had a fantastic stay at this absolutely beautiful cabin home. It was very clean, and filled with little convenient items. The host has been wonderful since booking and through out our stay when we had questions. My kids have already asked when we can go back.
This cabin is beautiful! Just as pictured. We saw fireworks from the deck every night. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and easy to navigate once you did it a time or two.
I would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our family trip. The cabin was nice and clean. We saw a mama bear and cub on the road to the cabin the second day we were there, made our stay!
The cabin was beautifully and the view was breathtaking. It felt like we were vacationing in a luxury tree house.
We will definitely considered this property for our next vacation!
My husband and I stayed in this property during our honeymoon, and decided to bring our kids back for Easter. We had a blast, and the cabin was as beautiful as we remembered!
Enjoyed this cabin a lot! Way up in the mountains with spectacular views. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our time here - has lots of items on hand in kitchen and kids loved the snacks they put out. Hot tub, TVs and pool table were a hit! We would love to come back next time we are in town.
