Welcome to Jacki Lynn's Idaho Falls Cottage! This beautiful and charming 1930's home is centrally located down a quaint and quiet one way street. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 1 bedroom downstairs is very large with room for extras and it has its own bathroom. Great for couples, families, professionals, and coworkers! Family friendly with a pack n play, toddler cot, high chair, toys, etc. The back yard is fully fenced with a covered deck area. You've got to come check it out! *New central AC installed April 2022!!

Great house!

This home was perfect for our family and there was plenty of space for all of us. The basement space was great for the kids to relax. We used the home as a base for Yellowstone and Grand Teton. It was nice to have a quiet place to come back to each evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Cottage

My family and I stayed at the home during the 4th of July weekend. The house was clean and decently stocked. The owner was very friendly and communicative. Overall we had a great experience.

this is an older home on a quiet street in an established neighborhood, its practical not fancy and that's exactly what we were looking for. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked, Jacki's communication is excellent, she is quick to respond to any questions, she provides very detailed information. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. The boys loved taking over the down stairs and we could stay up late or be up early upstairs and enjoy the elegance of the home. We will be back!

Cozy Cottage

This was a perfect place for us to stay to see our family and have a home away from home. We really enjoyed the quaint atmosphere and quiet street. I loved how the house was decorated and enjoyed relaxing in the living room watching the leaves change.

Family Trip

This was a great house for our little family of three. Lots of space for us to streach out and relax. We stayed here during a friend's wedding and it was in a great location for everything. It was even a great hub as we saw both Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone during our stay. Great property!

Great house close to everything

This house was centrally located, spotless, and had plenty of space for our family. It is perfectly furnished and has everything you need. Jacki was so easy to book with, very professional and friendly. The neighbors were great and introduced themselves right away, offering to help us with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. It had a garage and a back yard that were accessible to us. Close to the green belt, downtown, grocery store, and a great snow cone shack. They also have an ice cream truck that comes by a few times per week. Overall - great stay!

Dogs day out

We enjoyed our stay. Host was responsive. Fenced in backyard was great for the dogs! We loved the assortment of pillows... top notch! Basement smelled like a basement but we got used to it. The house as a whole was really clean.
