Make yourself at home in North Tacoma! Enjoy a stay in our private basement suite-and take in the gorgeous water views on our shared deck!
The basement suite with bathroom is private, cozy, welcoming and spacious. Our neighborhood is friendly and walkable, near UPS, Proctor, Old Town, Stadium and Ruston Waterfront. Whether you’re visiting for business, traveling to explore a cool town, or visiting family...we have the place!

Private basement suite with sleeping arrangements as noted (Queen bed and an additional pull out sofa bed) and a private bathroom.
The house was built in 1928 and renovated most recently in 2018. The basement has a private entrance under the carport-when entering guests walk through a clean shop/garage area, through a laundry room and into the basement suite. The staircase up to the main house is locked for privacy. The suite has a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig for your convenience. Internet and TV are available as well as some family games, legos and matchbox cars if you come with littles. Hunker down in the quiet suite/venture out and explore/enjoy Tacoma no matter what the reason for your visit is!

This was a great spot to stay over for the evening after going to a concert at Point Defiance Park. It was super clean and welcoming. We all ale well and were refreshed for our next adventure the following day!

Lovely stay in North Tacoma

The apartment is cozy, well maintained, clean, warm, and inviting. It had everything I needed and then some! Shannon made the entire process very easy for me by being communicative and quick to reply. The house itself is beautiful and situated in a lovely part of the city.

Absolutely wonderful!

This spot is a must stay if in the Tacoma area! Their property is amazing, the view from the shared deck is wildly beautiful, old Tacoma is stunning to be immersed in, and they made it all very comfortable for us! The communication was timely and accommodating, and I never had any moments of anxiety with this booking! 10/10

Deck is a part of owner's living quarter

We chose the place because of the deck view, but it was a part of the owner's living space, and felt uncomfortable being up there. So we stayed in the basement without much light most of our stay.

Beautiful

We had a lovely time staying, the studio was clean with extras like games, popcorn, plastic utensils and bathroom extras to support a great stay. The view was beautiful in a great neighborhood over looking the bay. The first night was too loud above us and hard to sleep. Shannon did mention she had boys and to let her know If it was too loud. I communicated via the app and then called but no answer. She apologized due to her phone being off, she didn’t get my messages. The next day and night were much better and quiet. Being able to park in the carport was very helpful.

Fantastic comfortable stay!!!

The basement apartment was incredibly comfortable. The bed was more comfortable than I could have expected. I loved the comfortable couch and recliner. In a wonderful part of Tacoma with great access to restaurants and the sound. I would highly recommend staying here and will again in the future!!
