Located in the quiet and central residential complex Sanz-Enea, the flat has been completely renovated, resulting in a modern and bright space. It is a fourth-floor apartment, exterior, surrounded by magnificent magnolias belonging to the garden area of the Sanzenea Palace, the current municipal library of the town. 100 metres from the beach and just 200 metres from the historic centre of Zarautz, making it an ideal apartment for both families and couples. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen-diner and laundry area. The entire property is exterior with two balconies. It has a garage space in the same building, with direct access from the lift.

It was an excellent, comfortable property in a great location. There were 6 of us, and it worked well. Useful having its own parking space. More cups and glasses would have been useful, and some crockery is chipped and needs replacing.

Apartamento grande Ubicación cerca de la playa Y el parking Apartamento muy troteado.Tuve wue wuitar las mantas de la puezera declas camas porque olían mal y estaban sucisimas . Para el precio que tiene el apartamento una televisión ridícula y pequeña que ya no se ve por ningún lado. Yo pondría mosquiteras porque hemos salido todos con unas picaduras de insectos tremendo. Mis pobres nietos acribillados de picaduras. Muy pocos cubiertos . Y haría falta un tendedero movible en la terraza porque dentro no se seca la ropa.

En principio es una ciudad que me encanta, pero ademas al contar con este alojamiento es una gozada, lo mejor para mi es la ubicacion, cerca de todo, si de todo, playa, comercios, tren.... Entspannte Woche in einem tollen Ort.

Die Wohnung ist klasse,geschmackvoll, gemütlich, sehr sauber, alles drin was man braucht. Die Vermieterin Amaia ist sehr nett und war für uns da. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand und in die Altstadt. Nette Lokale. Schöne Wanderung zum Campingplatz auf den Klippen und über die Klippen nach Getaria. Am Strand im Lokal des Fernsehkochs Karlos beste Croissants, sehr guter Sangria und leckere Pintxos zu guten Preisen.
