Très médiocre

Literie déplorable. Aucun matelas en bon état. Les lits de 90 juste 1 matelas sur 1 planche...douche sans mitigeur. Tiroir de meuble de toilette cassé...chasse d eau défectueuse...chaque locataire laisse ses restes d épicerie...donc pas de rangement en cuisine...etc..

A fuir!!

Nous avons eu le propriétaire à la dernière minute concernant notre arrivée. Le contrat stipule une entrée à 13h mais au final on ne pouvait pas y aller avant 15h. Pour arriver dans un appartement dans un état hors du commun. Le ménage n'était pas fait, des cheveux, poils et j’en passe de partout! Le canapé plein de taches, le tapis à boire et à manger dessus. Le casier a skis rempli des skis du propriétaire donc pas de place pour votre matériel, les deux seuls tiroirs pour ranger vos affaires dans l’appartement sont bourrés des affaires personnelles de ce dernier. Le surmatelas pour mettre sur la banquette qui fait office de canapé est taché de partout, cassé en deux avec mousse apparente, sans compter que le canapé quand il se déplie est en arc donc je vous laisse imaginer les nuits dessus. Le coin nuit dans l’entrée avec les lits superposes , vous ne pouvez pas fermer la porte car un des deux matelas est plus large que le cadre du lit, vous ne pouvez pas attacher l’échelle du coup…je vous laisse imaginer la sécurité pour l’enfant qui dort au dessus, quant aux matelas mousses sur les lits plein de tâches et posés à meme une planche de bois. L’aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas, les toilettes ont pour office de chasse d’eau un élastique pour tirer la chasse. Le four annoncé dans le descriptif de l’appartement n’est autre qu’un mini four posé sur un pouf en tissus. Dans les placards pas lavés bien évidemment mais ca je ne le précise plus, des fils électriques sont apparents!

A moins de deux minutes de l'arrêt de la navette et du mini centre commercial, avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne sans vis-à-vis, une bonne isolation phonique, un suréquipement en petit électroménager mais très peu de rangements et beaucoup de choses cassées, salies ou manquantes, parmi lesquelles: pas de rideau dans la pièce principale (un support de la barre est arraché, et il n'y a ni store ni volet), pas de rideau de douche, et toujours un simple mélangeur, un matelas plus large que le lit... Le détecteur de fumée obligatoire ne sert à rien: fixé au-dessus de la table de cuisson il a certainement déclenché des fausses alertes car quelqu'un l'a démonté et rangé dans un coin.
