Welcome to Historic Downtown Flagstaff. My special place is a ground floor 1 bedroom flat that is one of several residences in a historic home - circa 1906 Lindemann House - and is the perfect home base while exploring the area.

We love the location in old town Flagstaff. Walking distance to everything. Very clean property inside and out. Very comfortable king size bed. Would recommend to all couples. Will be staying here again !

Downtown cottage

Patrice’s cottage is part of a large historic home in downtown flag. You are steps from everything good including the summer farmer’s markets on Sundays. The cottage is in the middle of everything but also super quiet and secluded. Lots of charm with original, well-maintained historic house features. Bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is a huge bonus. Bathtub!

The location couldnt be beat. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. This space was a bit quirky. The floors need some repairs and there were no instructions on how to adjust the radiators and how to use other things around the space. The bed was nice though and everything was really clean.

It’s a small but sweet space that was perfect for me and my husband. It is on a busy downtown street. it was quiet inside the apartment, though. Loved it!

Old House with Old furnishings

If you want to stay in a place with dingy uncomfortable furniture look no further. They are even using an old fruit crate as a bedside table. This property is currently FOR SALE and the grounds appear to be lacking any attention, We stayed in unit 3 ground floor entry door is located off an alley way. Take caution when returning at night very dark and the pavement is uneven walking from the parking lot around the house to your door The bath was dirty and cramped Shower valves are reversed use caution hot water comes out the cold valve. Would not stay again

Fully-equipped place in great location

This private space had everything we needed and then some. Big soft bed with big soft pillows, kitchen with everything plus a full-sized W & D. Owner provided dishwasher and laundry soap plus coffee, tea, and some cooking spices. The location was perfect, an easy walk to old town without the noise of bar-hopping crowds. An added perk was the view from the bedroom to the neighbor's yard which attracted a beautiful variety of birds!

This is an older home, but extremely clean and well equipped. The location is outstanding. It is easy walking distance to all of downtown with shops, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this property
