Beautiful Ski In/Out Lodging Slope Side W/ Hot Tub, Pool & Restaurants

Escape to Steamboat and enjoy the Ski in/Ski out slopes out your door in the winter or mountain biking and adventures galore in the summer. Our 1 bedroom condo is completely updated throughout which is decorated to match the beauty of Steamboat and is perfect for a trip with your significant other or a small family. The kitchen has granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, a 2 seat bar top, kitchen table w/ seating for 4 and we make sure to the kitchen with plenty of ziploc bags, saran wrap, tin foil, cooking spices, etc. to make it feel like home. The living room has a pull out sofa sleeper, fire place, flat screen TV, DVD player, (with cable), WIFI and sliding door that leads directly to your private balcony with amazing views of the ski slopes and Yampa Valley. The Bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV and a door directly accessing the bathroom (which can also be accessed from the hallway). There is also a ski locker right out side of your door to store all of your gear so you don't have to drag it all inside.

The parking garage is underneath the building (7' clearance, over sized vehicle parking available upon request outside the building) so you don't have to go out in the weather to run to your car or unload your gear. There are stairs and an elevator to access the unit which is on the 3rd floor. If you don't have a vehicle or don't rent one it is definitely not needed in Steamboat, there is a public bus stop right in-front of the building that runs year round and has a pick up/drop off every 10 min (During the ski season) and can get you anywhere you need to go in minutes. The bus stops at City Market grocery store, liquor stores, restaurants, has multiple stops down town so you can shop, hit happy hour or grab dinner and catch a ride back when your done. When you show up our home is ready to just unpack your bags and start having fun. The Original Gondola, Wild Blue Gondola and Christy Lift are right in front of the building to access the ski slopes or mountain biking terrain. At the end of your day enjoy sitting by the fire place and relaxing or just taking in the views. The hot tubs and heated pool are also a great way to relax after your adventures. There is a fitness/workout room as well in the building. There are multiple restaurants right out your door if you don't want to cook and BBQ grills in the pool area if you feel like grilling.

There are plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance - Slopeside Grill, Los Locos, Paramount, Café Diva, Timber & Torch, Truffle Pig, Gondola Pub & Grill and T-Bar.

Booking payment: 50% of the nightly rental fee is due at the time of booking and the balance is due 4 weeks from your arrival date.
