Aaron was very responsive with any questions I had before the visit. The condo was in a perfect location for the Food and Wine Festival we attended. It was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit.

This is a great unit with easy access to the Steamboat base area. There are a number of shops/restaurants in the complex and everything else is a short walk. The condo was clean and is well maintained. The check-in process was also easy with a staffed front desk. We stayed in the summer but this would be a great spot year-round.

The condo is at the base of the mountain & I traveled during the summer. I could walk to everything in the village. Garage parking was included. The condo was very clean and the description matched the condo perfectly.

Great location if you like being in the ski resort setting. We visited in summer and it was great being close to the fun activities and restaurants. The condo was nice and worked well for our family of 3. Kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to cook. We were thankful for the air conditioning in the bedroom as it was in the 90’s during our stay.

We absolutely loved this Condo! Condo had every single thing that we needed, nothing at all was left out. While the temperatures outside were high 80s low 90s, it was so refreshing to be able to sit in our condo that had air-conditioning! The owners were super accommodating as well, with allowing us to have a late checkout. When staying in Steamboat Springs, this unit is definitely a must! Thanks for taking care of us so well! We will definitely be back, and if available, will stay in this condo!!! Blessings.
