Place was very clean and comfortable, although dated.Vacasa (owner/manager) personnel were very helpful and responsive. The unit was as promised. One thing to keep in mind which I did not realize until arrival is that this unit has no dining area/table/chairs .... the only eating option are 3 low stools at a counter.

The location was good and a trail I like for my daily walk was near by and I only needed spikes and not snowshoes. Looks like the carpet and coach were replaced recently.
Town home was nice! Area rug in living area seemed unclean and kept ridging up!! Rest of place was nice

The condo was clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable, and in a perfect location — close to restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities, yet still quiet and relaxing. The management company was responsive and easy to work with.

Great Location
This property is not real high up WilderNest so it’s easy and quick to get in town. Garage is nice and roomy. Half the carpet really needs a good deep cleaning or be replaced. Furniture needs to be updated as well.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Genie. We’re glad to hear that the location and garage worked well for you. We're sorry to hear that some aspects of the home, like the carpet and furniture, did not meet your expectations. We truly value your input and wish we had the opportunity to assist you during your stay. Our team is always here to help, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything in the future. We appreciate you choosing Vacasa and hope to host you again.
Our stay here was great, kitchen had everything you need and there is tons of space. Loved having a garage to keep the car snow free and being able to bring a dog (although expect dog hair on carpets). Overall, great place and would definitely stay again!

Great Location
Loved the location, layout of the condo, access to hiking trails and ceiling fans. Quiet. Beds super comfy.
Great home base for a ski trip to Copper. However the listing is inaccurate regarding the beds. The second bedroom is two twin beds pushed together, not an actual king which was uncomfortable and disappointing.

Audrey, thank you for sharing your positive experience! We’re pleased you had a great stay and that our home was a good base for your ski trip. That said, we’re sorry that the bed in the second bedroom didn’t match your expectations. We regret that you didn’t find it comfortable and our local manager assured us that they will check on it to ensure it is in good order. We enjoyed having you as our guest and hope to host you again soon.
Location was close to town. Condo worked great for the 5 of us. The couch needs updating, it was dirty feeling and the couch bed was broken. The kitchen had some essentials but could have been stocked more. Only 1 trash bag was provided. One of the king rooms the closet was locked and not usable. The carpet was very worn and needs replaced. The neighborhood was very great and the roads were somewhat maintained. Recommend a 4wheel drive in the winter.

comfortable enough
A bit of a trek from Keystone, but the condo was fine. Very warm, comfortable beds, and clean. heated car garage was a blessing. Less satisfactory: poor hot water in the kitchen. (We had to wash pots and pans in a bathroom sink) Glassware could be replenished with some varied sizes, and throwing out the old moldy plastic cups.
Other than that it was a good experience and pleasant stay.

Spacious but dated and sadly not clean.
Lots of room for the family to spread out- great location. Sadly the unit was not clean (many years of dust in places, hair on the floors, crumbs and beverage stains on the counters and half empty wine and beer bottles in the kitchen). Vacasa stated that we would be contacted when someone was “en route to remedy the situation .” But we were we never contacted and no one ever came. With some updating and better management this place would be great. For now I would not recommend it.

Dog allowed
The people before us had their dog poop on the balcony and just left it. We also had our dog but took him out. I saw a lot of poop around. Perhaps get some bags for people. We had a few other problems. One shower did not drain, the downstairs toilet ran. Cable did not work on main floor. The couch and chair were small and very worn. Good news I did sleep well and it served its purpose.

Comfortable but needs updating
This property was in a convenient location and overall was comfortable. However, it definitely needs some repairs particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms.
One of the upstairs bathrooms was missing the mirror above the sink. All of the towel bars were loose or actually coming out of the wall. The kitchen sink doesn’t work properly with only a dribble of water coming out when you use hot water. The living room furniture is also very worn and the carpet could stand to be cleaned or replaced.
We were pleased with the beds which were comfortable. It was also nice that the kitchen has a large pantry. The garage and deck were also nice bonuses.
With some updates this could be a great place but until they are made I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Hi Kelli, thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We passed your comments along to our local manager to review. We appreciate your preferences as a means to continually improve. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future!
Easy to find. Good location for nearby stores and good restaurants. Plenty of room. Living room furniture is pretty worn. King bed was very comfortable.
Several issues: trash scattered outside front door upon arrival, this was not a good first impression. Worst issue was several piles of dog poop on the balcony. One couch pillow had dried food or some substance all over it. I did notify Vacasa of the issues and they said issues would be taken care of. No one ever came. The next day noted that the kitchen sink only had a dribble of hot water coming out the faucet. The dishwasher had food particles all over the bottom of it. I tried to run the dishwasher to clean it out, but it did not work. I had to bring hot water from the nearby bathroom to wash the dishes. I did notify Vacasa of this issue as well and they stated would be taken care of asap. No one ever came to resolve our issues. Vacasa did apply a small credit for the unsatisfactory cleanliness.
Townhouse was comfortable and we did enjoy our stay other than these issues.

Home Away from Home
We loved that the propriety had everything we needed from kitchen appliances, pans, dishes, etc. to fans, blankets and towels. The garage is especially a nice feature since it showed every night and most days. Having laundry on-site was fantastic. We never ran out of anything and even had extras like seasonings and baggies!

Perfect for our family of 4
King size bed in 1 room. 2 twins pushed together to make a king in the other. Bathroom in each bedroom plus a half bath on the main level. PRIVATE single car garage with shelves for ski gear. Nice, clean and cozy unit. AND, the stove has a REAL hood so you can actually cook! I'll look for this spot again next time we visit Summit.

Great location and such a relaxing place!
This was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! The scenery was also incredibly awesome! I don’t think we’ve ever relaxed so much over a weekend! Thanks so much!
This is a nice centralized location. The carpet is spotted from other pets, sad people don't clean up after their dogs. The kitchen is well stocked. It could use a deep cleaning. We enjoyed our stay.
