From the hall you enter the spacious modern fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dining area and entrance to the generous living room.The living room can also be entered via the hallway. It features two large comfortable sofas and two arm chairs, a couple of coffee tables, large TV and a modern fireplace. Along the length of the living room run sliding doors that lead out to the beautiful gardens, out door kitchen and the pool area.From the kitchen there is also access to the utility room, complete with washer/dryer and ironing area.On the ground floor, just a few steps up from the hallway, is another hallway that leads to two bedrooms sharing a spacious bathroom with double washbasins and a full bath. Both bedrooms lead out to the garden area and have built-in wardrobes.In addition to the spacious bathroom is another guest toilet.At the end of the hallway is a large ensuite bedroom that leads out to the garden.
