Cooling & comfort:
A portable AC is installed only in the master bedroom. The second bedroom and other parts of the condo do not have AC yet, but thanks to Maui’s consistent trade winds, ceiling fans in every room, and ceiling insulation added a few years ago, the space stays comfortable year-round.

Pickleball paddles and balls included!

We provide paddles and balls for your use. Courts are a short drive away at Lahaina Civic Center (free) and Kapalua Tennis Garden (available by reservation for a small fee). Message us for details and contacts!

Good to know:

- Portable AC is installed only in the master bedroom.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No pets allowed
- Free parking for 1 vehicle, plus free nearby street parking
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Pay-per-use laundry facility located near the front office
- Propane for the BBQ and condiments are not provided per VRBO rules, though these items are often left behind by prior guests
- As this is a rental home, items may occasionally go missing or need replacement. If you notice anything, please let us know and we’ll address it promptly. For essentials, we’re happy to reimburse reasonable purchases during your stay
- We strongly recommend trip insurance, as VRBO's cancellation policy does not cover medical issues, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances
