Great stay and our dogs got to enjoy our beach vacation with us. The house is spacious. The beach is literally down the street and the neighborhood is very walkable. Everything we needed was in the home. The backyard was a good space. It was easy to drive to the downtown area from the home. Highly recommend if you have pets.

Was there for my Daughter’s wedding and we had family from out of town. Property was beautiful. Very clean, everything you could need was there. Communication with the host was excellent. Very responsive. Check in process was super easy. If you have a large family gathering, this is the perfect place. Close to St. Augustine and attractions, close to beach access and grocery store. The couch and rug in the living room were heavy stained and dirty. The bed sheets/linens were stained and sandy. The master bath had drain flies. The bath towels/linens were stained, and we were asked if we were open to having a showing of showing for potential buyers during our stay. The rental was in rough shape and felt neglected.
