Dune-Our-Thing with Private Pool
Adventure and/or relaxation await you with our spacious 4 bedroom home with private swimming pool (see comment below about pool).
Our beautifully decorated, 4 bedroom and 2 bath home can accommodate up to 12 people (10 in private quarters). A king sized Purple Mattress bed and HD flat screen TV in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, a queen in the third bedroom, 2 sets of twin bunk beds in the fourth bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper available in the living room. Whether you're barbecuing out back, taking a dip in the private pool, playing on the PS4, or having a family ping pong tournament on a rainy day, you will have plenty to do at Dune-Our-Thing!
Sand Hollow Lake just a couple of minutes away where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, boating, tubing, ATV riding in the rich red dunes, and so much more!
This home has fast access to the best Southern Utah has to offer such as Sand Hollow Lake and Zion National Park! Restaurants, shopping, and city life are just a 10 - 15 minute drive away.
** Additional charge for heating pool (this is per day, not per night, 3 day minimum)
$100 per day January and December
$85 per day February, March, April, October and November
$60 per day May and September
June, July and August should not need the heater
Guests will be required to sign contract and house rules via Docusign prior to getting door code. This is done the week before your stay.

Why they chose this property
We have owned several vacation rentals and this one is our FAVORITE. There are endless things to do in the house and then the outside is another story. Its located so close to lakes, national parks, and some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world. Plus its a great get away from the snow!
