Dramatic Oceanfront Condo with Double Master Suites

Located in the exclusive northwest end of Cozumel island, this fully koi renovated oceanfront condo is perfect for small or large groups. The unit has Central A/C, 3 TVs, DVD player, and free high-speed fiber optic cable with WiFi. It shares an infinity swimming pool that sits along sea walls that offer the island's best snorkeling.

There are 2 large master suites, each with a king-size bed, private bath, mirrored closet doors, dressers, individual seating area and sliding glass doors that open onto the oceanfront balcony. Both masters feature huge bay windows with breathtaking ocean views, spectacular sunsets, and sights of the town of San Miguel.

The third and fourth bedrooms each have queen beds and share a double basin bath. These colorful and inviting bedrooms both have dressers with mirrors and large 3x4 foot windows with island views.

All bathrooms feature contemporary tropical decor with double sinks and walk-in showers.

If you want to prepare your own meals and snacks, there is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The roomy kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and electric range with oven. Of course, included is the all-important blender, coffee maker, toaster, complete cookware and place settings. If you wish, dine in with authentic local cuisine and have one of our chefs come to the condo and prepare your meals for you.

The spacious private covered balcony overlooks the downstairs pool, shoreline reefs, and the blue ocean for which Cozumel is famous. There is a roomy couch for relaxing or browsing using the complimentary high-speed wireless internet access.

In the pool area, there are palapas and chaise lounges that are part of the building facilities you are free to enjoy. The entry to the snorkeling is just steps away with 8-12 foot deep seawalls full of colorful corals, fish, and other sea life.

The condo can accommodate anywhere from 4 to 8 guests. The dual master suite setup is particularly attractive to groups that have more than one couple.

The master suites each have huge bay windows overlooking the Caribbean Sea and sliding doors to a large private balcony that also connects to the dining and living areas. You'll love the sparkling sea views, day or night. The indoor dining table comfortably seats 8. The layout's open design allows for plenty of natural light and great ocean views from almost any angle from the kitchen, living, and dining areas.

The condo will be thoroughly deep cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants prior to your arrival. If you stay longer than 4 days, there will be a mid-stay cleaning as well.
