Superb 3 bedroom duplex apartment overlooking the sea for 7 people. Large living room + kitchen opening onto a large terrace of 30 sqm to 20 m from the sea.
Upstairs, accessible by a lovely and rare Japanese staircase made not by a shipwright, the master suite with unique views of the harbor and the sea, a lovely ensuite bathroom with a nice shower and toilet.
From the entrance, 2 air conditioned bedrooms with double bed + bathroom and toilet.
washing machine dryer. Fitted kitchen.
Very quiet, at the edge of the water with a unique view of the port, among the palm trees, 200 meters from the village center and shops.
