over all good stay

House looked as described and pictures are true to the appearance as well. House Was conveniently located only 1 mile from DT DeLand which worked out perfectly for our group. House is not anything fancy but it is clean and big enough for 6 people to stay comfortably. The fire detectors did end up needing batteries replaced and were constantly chirping the last night. Other then that the stay was good.

Thanks for letting us know. We replaced the battery and chirping all gone. We love how close this property is to DT Deland- works great for Stetson homecomings and the myriad of other events Deland puts on.
