* CONTRACT: A rental agreement will be established and sent after reservation.

* DEPOSIT: a check for an amount of 700 € will be requested upon booking, mentioned on the rental agreement, it will not be cashed.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. The house must be left clean, (optional cleaning cost € 80).
The equipment at your disposal must be returned in good condition.
