You will be able to spend pleasant holidays in a calm and green district of La Grande Motte. You will be 5 minutes walk from thalassotherapy, 5 minutes walk from the sea, 5 minutes walk from the municipal pool and spa and 10 minutes walk from shops and restaurants. You will stay in an apartment of 35 m2 renovated for two years. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room where there is a convertible sofa two seats and a fireside, a kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, a microwave, an oven, induction hob, a bathroom with shower. You will be able to take your breakfasts and meals on the terrace. Most of this apartment, you will enjoy a private parking space.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour : l'appartement est très bien placé pour peu que vous connaissiez la Grande Motte. En cet hiver, il faut tout de même un peu de temps pour chauffer l'appartement (historiquement, ils ont été conçus pour des résidents estivaux) mais rien de rédhibitoire. Les échanges ont été très bons tant avec M Rossi (service de conciergerie) qu'avec les propriétaires.

Séjour agréable!

Endroit calme et frais grâce à la clim'! Par contre on entend assez bien les voisins du dessus. Le ménage a laissé à désirer. Poubelle pas vidée! Nous n'avons pas reçu , ni effectué d'inventaire avec l'agent. Nous avons du faire confiance. Ni reçu de "reçu" en échange des cautions, mais nous les avons récupérées sans aucun soucis! mais si on peut on y reviendra.

Très bon séjour sauf pour la reception des clefs

Appartement propre avec clim environnement excellent avec plage pas loin et les commercants qui vont bien également , sauf bémols reçu les clefs a plus de 19h00 (agent immobilier pas disponible il etait a la plage)900km de route arrivé 13h pour ns sans commentaire.
