It sits on a bluff overlooking the Sanborn Creek/Baldwin River and offers stairs to and a deck at the river's edge. The property sits on 9.25 acres adjacent to the Huron-Manistee National forest.
Exterior amenities include an outdoor propane grill, large charcoal grill, and fire pit.
This place is any outdoor enthusiast's dream! Activities abound including: fishing, river floating/tubing, hiking, and bird watching not to mention that ORV trails lie nearby.
