Luxury 2 BR / 3 BA Villa in Bahia Beach Resort

Welcome to our beautiful Villa on the grounds of the Bahia Beach Resort and Golf Club. Bahia Beach Resort is situated beachfront at the foot of El Yunque, the only rainforest in the U.S. forest system. As soon as you enter the gates, you will know that you are on vacation, immediately transported by the natural beauty of the lush rain forest that surrounds you. One can clearly see why Bahia Beach Resort has been designated an Audubon International Gold Sanctuary. No matter what you have planned for your vacation, you will not be bored! With 2 miles of secluded ocean front beach and lakes, over the 400 plus acres of the Resort, Bahia Beach offers both saltwater and freshwater activities. Head to the Boathouse and take out a kayak or paddle board to get a close up look at the beautiful landscape of Puerto Rico. The Boathouse also offers fishing, bike rentals and guided nature tours. If you are a fan of golf, head to the Robert Trent Jones designed golf course, where the backdrop is the rain forest and coconut tree forest, leaving you with stunning views from any hole. The Golf Clubhouse will take care of all your golfing needs, including club rental if you did not bring your own. If tennis is more your pace, go enjoy the 4 hard court tennis facility. Two courts are lighted, so you can even enjoy an evening game! The tennis facility also offers lessons through the tennis pro. After a full day of fun and sun, enjoy a vacation at the Spa for some well deserved relaxation and pampering through many of the services offered. When you are ready to eat you can head to one of the many restaurants on the property- Cocoteros, Sandollar Beach and Grill, Aquavento, and Jose Enrique's- The Beach Club, which is great for lunch or dinner.

We want to make our rental guests aware that our villa, Las Verandas, is part of the Bahia Beach Resort Property. The Bahia Property and the Four Seasons Resort are on the same grounds, but the Four Seasons Resort has specific rules for their own guests. As a guest in our villa, Las Verandas, we are part of the independent rental community, and the Four Seasons Resort facilities are exclusively for the use of the Four Seasons Resort guests. During the low season, the Four Seasons Resort is more than happy and capable of accommodating the residents from Las Ventanas, Las Verandas, and other independent rentals. However, during the high season, depending on the occupancy of the Four Seasons Resort and the seating capacity of certain restaurants, the Four Seasons Resort will limit access of independent renters to ensure that theFour Seasons Resort guests have availability in Paros and other St. Four Seasons Resort amenities such as the pool, Spa and Seagrapes.

Guest Passes:
Rental guests will be REQUIRED to purchase guest passes for $196 per night (not per person) and we will help set this up.

These passes will give rental guests access to all the Bahia amenities on the property. If guests do not have their guest pass, access to the amenities will be denied. You will pay this as an additional fee after you book and we confirm how many nights you would like the guest passes for. The Bahia amenities that rental guests have access to are: The Beach Club, the Beach Club Pool, Cocoteros, Sandollar Beach & Grill, the Fitness Center/ Tennis, the Boathouse, Aquavento and Las Verandas Pool. You also have the option to rent a golf cart for an extra charge, which will make getting around the Resort much easier. There are 4 or 6 seat options. The 4 seat cart is $60 plus taxes per day and the 6 seat cart is $75 plus taxes per day. You can arrange for a golf cart with the Golf Pro Shop.

At most resorts, typically you are required to pay a resort fee, plus extra for any amenities . Here, you pay the guest pass fee and it includes all of the above!

When you are ready to head back to our Villa, you will not be disappointed! Our newly renovated and furnished villa, has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a large luxury kitchen and full laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. For added comfort and peace of mind, the villa is also equipped with air purifiers. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 full beds, walk-in closet and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. The Villa is on the second floor with a spacious balcony and ample patio furniture to help you kick back, relax and enjoy the amazing views of the golf course, lake, and rainforest. If you care to venture off the Resort, Bahia Beach is not far from the city life. Just head about 25-30 minutes to San Juan where you can enjoy the uniqueness of Old San Juan, a variety of delicious cuisine options, or enjoy one of San Juan's many first class hotel and casino establishments. Bahia beach is also only 10-15 minutes from El Yunque National Park and just a bit further takes you to the town of Fajardo; where you can hop on a ferry to one of Puerto Rico's beautiful "little islands", Vieques and Culebra.
