In a green setting, 800 m from all amenities and the daily market of Tremblade. First rental year, for this nice and comfortable cottage of 55 m2, classified 3 stars, by the tourist office of Tremblade and Royan Atlantique. This cottage is functional, fully equipped, adjoining the owners house. A private garden not overlooked, with plancha and deck chairs, allows in peace, enjoy the joys of nature. Parking inside the property. Bike paths close, beaches 5kms and many, beautiful tours, Royan, the lighthouse of Coubre and Cordouan, Mornac, Talmont Oleron, Marennes and others.
THE GITE, is open for rent in SEPTEMBER 2019, the exceptional price of 301 euros per week, 43 euros per night. Linens (sheets, duvet covers, towels, tea towels), will not be provided in September 2019. At your disposal however, bolster and bolster protector, pillows and duvet cover.
