This 1-Bedroom, 1 Bath condo is perfect for the dream getaway to the beach.
o The living room is lovely, furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa (Queen sized bed), a relaxing tan recliner, a lovely designed side chair and 2 wooden end tables on each end with silver and white lamps.
o In front of the sofa is a white wooden coffee table and a green cabinet under a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The art and decorations of this condo really bring out the beach vibe and the view from the balcony is beautiful.
o Enjoy the view from this 5th floor balcony furnished with a wooden beach reclined chair, a wooden table and 4 wooden chairs.
o The bedroom has a huge comfortable king size bed with a beautiful ocean themed bedding.
o On each side of the bed are wicker nightstands and lamps for each table. At the foot of the bed is a wicker chest of drawers with a flat screen TV on top.
o The bathroom is a full bath with a large mirror above the sink with plenty of counter space.
o The kitchen is decked out with a white refrigerator, stovetop oven, microwave and dishwasher.
o Your mornings are safe with a coffee maker on this kitchen counter ready to go.
o The cabinets are a gorgeous wooden brown and there is a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen as well as a huge sink.
o The dining area is just outside the kitchen with a wooden green and brown table with 4 matching chairs.

Just what we needed
Our family of four stayed in this unit for 3 nights and it was just what we needed. Not the fanciest property but everything is in good shape and we had what we needed (which is all we wanted). If you are hard to please or want more than what you paid for this probably isn't the unit for you, but if you want something simple and sufficient to put you directly on the beach then go for it. Listing was as described and photos do a good job of showing what you're getting for your money.

THIS PLACE LIKE MOST OTHERS ARE SHORT STAFFED. THE CLEANLINESS WAS SUB PAR. I REFUSE TO EVEN TELL MY FRIENDS WHAT CONDITION OUR BLANKED WAS IN. I WAS OFFERED AND ACCEPTED A REFUND FOR THE FIRST DAY. THIS REFUND WILL PROBABLY MAKE ME CONSIDER A RETURN VISIT.

The apartment was freshly painted and had adequate furniture inside and on the deck. Furnishings were somewhat worn...I am guessing the apartment has had quite a bit of rental use. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishes and cookware. The Keurig-style coffee maker did not work well and leaked water from the bottom. It would only produce about a half cup of coffee. The mattress was one of the best I have ever slept on....wish I had remembered to look at the tag!. When we arrived, we took a towel off the towel rack over the toilet and the rack fell off the wall on one side, making it further unuseable. We reported this and were assured it would be repaired right away.....it never was. There was also a hole in the shower floor....appeared as if something heavy was dropped there. Also reported. Facilities in the building were plentiful and nice. Nice outdoor features. Elevators were speedy! Quiet inside the unit with the doors shut.

Clean with a beautiful view check in and parking was no hassle
My wife and I enjoyed it very much was clean and a beautiful view great place to stay only trouble we had was trying to figure out how to work the tv and getting the satellite channels to come on will be staying again in the future
