Appartement très propre, facile d’accès et facile pour se garer. Il y a une odeur de moisi dans l’immeuble Il faut marcher au moins 30mm pour accéder au centre et au lac Appartement très bien décoré et bien insonorisé

APPARTEMENT IDEAL

Appartement très bien situé, joli, propre, très bien entretenu- propriétaire super. Aucune critique à apporter. Il répondait tout à fait a ce qui était promis dans l'annonce. Nous avons passé une semaine tout à fait comme nous l'espérions. Bravo pour ce bel appartement Jenny et Jacques

Appartement à louer sans hésiter

Appartement très propre, très bien aménagé et décoré avec goût, parfait pour un couple ! Situé dans un quartier calme et à 15 mn à pied du centre et 20 mn des rives du lac d'Annecy. L'entrée et la sortie en autonomie est très pratique.

L'appartement est conforme aux annonces. Pas de place de parking associé à l'appartement mais ce n'est pas un problème car il est facile de se garer à côté. Je recommande.

sans télè

manque place de parking quand on paye pour un logement avec télévision on assure que celle ci fonctionne plus 1 heure appellé le propriétaire ce lui ci ma répondu ça venais de la box quand on a le son et quand on change de chaines l écran noir je pense que ça vient de téle et pas de la box . on a payer pour un logement sans téle

Très beau logement

Très beau logement, agréable et propre. Problème avec la télévision qui se coupe quand elle est chaude, signalé au propriétaire. A part cela rien à redire tout était parfait.
