Former Ardèchoise farmhouse 12/14p 6 bdrms Private heated swimming pool not overlooked

Le Mas de la Sauvagère, in Provence on the first foothills of the Ardèche, 3km from the center of Viviers, capital of Vivarais.

This farmhouse is an old restored farmhouse of around 200m² with enclosed garden (2000m²) and secure swimming pool, all surrounded by Provence scrubland. Very quiet, not overlooked!

Beautiful terrace with view, partly covered and refreshed by a pleasant trellis. Separate kitchen (8-seat table), dining room with large table for 12, living room with fireplace and TV, and a second library lounge.
5 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with 2 twin beds, 3 double beds on the 1st, one with a single bed, and a dormitory with 4 single beds. Possibility 13 beds, 14 with the cot available.
Two bathrooms (bath and shower). Linen provided, final cleaning included.
Pets welcome.

Wonderful stay in rustic farmhouse

We had a wonderful time staying at Mas de La Sauvagere! Isabelle and Bruno couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming, responding immediately to any questions, and dealing with any issues straight away. A delightful couple. The house is just as in the photos - spacious, rustic but comfortable. Very well equipped - and lots of books and board games when it’s too hot outside. Lovely setting, and fabulous views from the (vine-covered) terrace where we ate most of our meals. Pool and recliners very welcome - September was hot! A steep staircase and steps between some of the rooms might be challenging with toddlers. We would thoroughly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

Très bon accueil de la part d'Isabelle la propriétaire du Mas. Avant cela Mr. Latarche a été très à l'écoute en ce qui concerne quelques détails.Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Un lieu parfait pour se ressourcer. La literie de bonne qualité. Et si on rencontre un problème, Isabelle y remédie très rapidement.Un grand plus pour la piscine, la grande cuisine, et les deux grandes tables ombragées.

Het einde van de wereld

Zeer goed verblijf gehad. Mooie omgeving. Mooie zeer oude charmante woning. Er zal blijkbaar aan het zwembad nog een douche komen. Enkele opmerkingen misschien. Een buitentoilet dichtbij het zwembad zou zeker geen overbodige luxe zijn. Ook een afvalcontainer om uw zakken in te sorteren is een noodzaak daar alles wordt gesorteerd. Geurhinder. Men moet de afval allerlei naar een verzamelpunt brengen 2km van de woning. Misschien ook evt airco of toch ten minste een ventilator in de slaapkamers. Zeer smalle en steile wegen naar de woning. Maar top locatie. Vriendelijke eigenaars.

Location agréable

Cette grande maison est très agréable aussi bien pour les enfants que les adultes. L’extérieur est superbe et bien aménagé comme tout le reste de la propriété, Quelques bémols toutefois sur la communication avec le gérant de l’annonce qui n’est pas le propriétaire de la maison et que j’ai dû relancer pour avoir des informations.

Grande maison ardechoise au calme

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette grande maison bien équipée et au calme ! De nombreux lits confortables, une piscine agréable, une grande terrasse ombragée et le charme de la maison nous ont permis de profiter au maximum de la maison. Les hôtes ont toujours été joignables et de bon conseil.

Séjour dans ce mas très agréable avec piscine et jardin très joli Maison avec beaucoup de charme - uniquement qques bémols assez peu important avec disposition des pièces à l étage en enfilade pouvant gêner l intimité de chacun et salle de bain du haut ne verrouillant pas (gênant à 12) Location néanmoins chaudement recommandée

Grande propriété sur un très beau site

Emplacement fabuleux pour cette grande maison idéale pour des vacances en tribu. La piscine était en eau mais pas chauffée à notre arrivée et nous avons eu une chambre envahie de punaises. Cela n’a cependant pas gâché notre plaisir. Il y a deux douches mais pas de baignoire, un détail qui a son importance quand on voyage avec des jeunes enfants.
