Located in a small hamlet, in the heart of Limousin, come and discover our gîte for 8-10 people.
Quietly, you can relax in the spa or explore the many hiking trails (Limousin-Perigord Regional Natural Park) located a few steps from the house. You can also enjoy the garden.
This completely renovated house has all modern comforts.
The house has a living room with a sitting area with fireplace and a dining room. The kitchen is open to the living space.
There are 4 bedrooms including a bedroom with children with 4 beds. One room can be used as a bedroom or second living room according to your needs.

Maison et cadre très agréables, hôtes très réactifs, nous avons passé une belle semaine au calme en famille. Il manquerait juste un lave-linge pour le standing du gîte.

Logement propre et bon esthétique dont salles d’eau King siée mais maison verticale non annoncé, environ 45m2 au sol et trois niveaux. Pas de chambre ni WC au Rez de chaussée. Nous étions 7 dont trois enfants. Les 10 personnes annoncées sont excessives. La terrasse bois ne fait pas 40m2 et l’espace jardin utile d’environ 150m2 terrasse incluse est peu adapté aux jeux des enfants. Maison située au centre du hameau Erin sans autre vue que des murs de maison avec fenêtres donnant sur nous. SPA figé à 37•C non utilisé dans local non attractif.Clauses du contrat non respectées pas de présence arrivée /depart (boîte à clé). Pas de lave linge ni fer et planche à repasser. Après notre appel au propriétaire l’annonce Abritel semble avoir été modifiée.Pas d’état des lieux ni inventaire.Clim installée sur les trois niveaux accès bloqué au Rez de chaussée et niveau de ventilation non réglable dans les chambres et Clim non opérationnelle dans une chambre .En cette période de canicule, la Clim n’est pas un accessoire.Livret d’accueil ancien et succinct et les documents issus de l’Office de tourisme non d’actualité. La ville de référence Aixe-sur-Vienne est à 10km.

Je suis étonnée de votre commentaire et notamment de votre note. Hormis le souci de machine à laver et de climatisation, pour lequel je vous ai apporté une solution, vous ne m'avez pas contactée. Concernant les 3 niveaux, je pense qu'ils sont visibles sur les photos et vous ne m'avez pas demandé de détail sur la disposition des étages. 10 personnes peuvent tout à fait loger dans cette maison, preuve en est les autres commentaires. Il est de même stipulé dans l'annonce que la maison est au centre d'un hameau, donc par définition, il y a d'autres maisons autour. De même il est précisé que seules les chambres sont climatisées. Concernant le départ et l'arrivée, je vous avais prévenu que je serai absente. Nous nous sommes eus plusieurs fois au téléphone. Je vous confirme qu'il y a bien un fer et une table à repasser dans un placard d'une chambre. Pour résumer, je pense que vous avez des exigences un peu trop élevées pour une simple maison de campagne. Un hôtel 5* vous conviendrez mieux, mais c'est pas le même tarif ;)

Séjour très agréable un peu cours ,visite d'Oradour sur Glane ,promenade dans la forêt des Loges, sorties vélo(2)Nous avons profité du Spa (un peu petit pour 4 ,5 personnes).
