We are golf car friendly and located on Island Moorings Marina.

Slips available or have your guide pick you up behind the townhome.

Boat launch included. Slips available nearby or at Island Moorings which is adjacent to this community. All levels are accessible by elevator (or stairs)

Hello all! I'm your host Erinn! I gave up my sales and marketing career when we started our family in 2005. My husband and I have always loved Port Aransas, so in 2011, we purchased a townhome that we could share with others as a vacation rental. Then, as most owners do, we hired a local property manager. As our daughters grew, I missed the social interaction from my career. We decided I should jump in and try self-managing. I enjoyed it so much, that since that time, we've added 3 homes to our portfolio. We warmly welcome you and take pride in being a small part of your family memories.

Why they chose this property

Best view of marina and airport in the community. Rooftop is the perfect vantage point to see the boats coming and going and see the small planes come and go. *This is a small town airport not a lot of traffic but fun to see the activity, sometimes you will see people skydiving. We have a propane fire table and LED lights on a timer, they come on at dark and stay on for a 4 hour window.

What makes this property unique

Rooftop has amazing views, private hot tub, ice maker and motarized blackout shades in master and living area. The other king also has blackout curtains.
