Le Petit Clos, labeled "Gîte de France" 2 ears, completely independent with a private garden not enclosed overlooking the listed property, has a terrace and a private area.
A sofa bed in the living room allows the occasional sleeping of a person.

The accommodation is located at the start of many trails for beautiful walks from where you will go through horse fields and villages to the edge of Lake Grandlieu, nature reserve of France.
Although 3 minutes from the airport, no noise gene because the property is not located on the flight corridors.
You can also park your vehicle during your vacation by plane and we will transfer you to and from the airport with our vehicle (from € 4 per day and € 25 per week).
The accommodation has quick access to the south ring road and it can easily accommodate workers on assignment.
Le Petit Clos has a living room with a kitchen, a living-dining room, a large bedroom (bed 160x200) with a dressing room, a bathroom with a large shower and a lava linen and a separate toilet.
The linen is provided as well as the basic necessities (crockery, shower, toilet paper ...), electricity and heating included.
As well as a parking space in the secure property.
A supplement of 10 € per stay will be required if you rent for 2 people not sleeping in the same bed.
