Located 40 minutes from the sea, in the heart of Provence, this beautiful villa of 160 sqm with veranda, covered terrace of 40m ² and swimming pool (5x10), is located in a residential and quiet area of Lorgues to 2.3 km downtown.
Lorgues is only 15 minutes drive from the train station Les Arcs-Draguignan, where you can take the TGV train to Paris, and 15 minutes from the A8 motorway which takes you quickly to the airports of Nice, Marseille or Toulon / Hyeres.
"La Provençale" consists of the following parts:
- An open living area of 60 m² including a TV lounge, a dining room with a large table for 8-10 people and a very recent and fully equipped kitchen, all directly overlooking the covered terrace of 40m ² facing south, where you can enjoy the barbecue. The terrace also has a table for 8-10 people and a small outdoor lounge.
- A parental suite composed of a room of 17m ² (bed 160x200) with its dressing room of 5m ² and a bathroom of 8m ².
- A room of 14m ², overlooking the veranda, with 2 bunk beds 90x190 plus a drawer bed 90x190.
- A room of 12m ² having a direct access on the garden, with a bed 140x190.
- A room of 10m ², directly overlooking the bowling alley, with a bed 90x190 and its private bathroom (shower and toilet).
- A shower room.
- A separate toilet.
The pool, fully fenced and secure (alarm) to the latest standards in force (can close all access to young children).
Our rates include: personalized welcome at your arrival, bed linen, towels, cleaning of the pool, and cleaning before your arrival, internet access with WiFi, the provision of a bed folding and a high chair for baby.
