- Supervision for minors must be provided by an adult over the age of 18 at all times.
-Guest is allowed to use Grill and Firepit but will be responsible to refill propane if needed and cleaning after every use. Also guest must keep grills and fire pit covered when not in use to avoid water and rust damage.
- The guest, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner of above said property from any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has or have occurred and agrees to hold the Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising therefrom. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, successors, or assignee's the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

- Amenitie fee $3 for kids and $5 for adults per day, per person for H Pool, Kayak n Boat paddling n etc. Community has a No refund policy in the event they have to close due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
