About this property

Renting a villa top two steps from the sea, south-east of France

Want to spend a weekend in Carqueiranne by the sea? One week ? Two weeks ?

Welcome, we welcome you as much time as you want from March 2019!

We are two streets above the harbor and beaches and two streets below the village, very well placed, we are close to all shops on foot.

The villa is composed of two separate apartments of about 120 m2 each, the one we rent is upstairs.

The villa top redone and furnished completely new in March 2019, is very sunny. Composed of a beautiful entrance, 3 bedrooms (can accommodate up to 8 people), a bathroom, two toilets, and a large kitchen open to the living room, which both communicate with a large terrace South oriented.
A pretty landscaped garden will allow you to enjoy a little rest in the field of cicadas, or a dining terrace in the shade.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

On site various services will be offered to you according to your desires. (Bikes, masks, snorkels, fins ...)

Le logement est très fonctionnel, très propre, bien décoré, très bien placé près du port et de la plage, et au calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et aux petits soins. Pour les vacances c’est parfait.

Beautiful and spacious apartment

We had a great stay. The apartment is very spacious, new and well equipped in a nice coast town with all amenities in walking distance. The host is very welcoming and responsive. Parking is on the street.

Superb property!

We were so pleased with our stay here. The home was spotless clean and well supplied. Nice hot shower! Nice linens. A beautiful balcony with shade and breeze. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The owners were so helpful and accommodating and checked on us frequently to make sure we were happy. We were a 2 minute walk to restaurants, grocery shopping, pharmacy and Bakery. As well the beach was a very short walk. The house was quiet and peaceful. It was a wonderful home and I feel like I made new friends! I recommend very highly!!!

Accueil chaleureux les propriétaires sont disponibles serviables et discrets. La description correspond parfaitement à la prestation c est spacieux agréable , aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, à 2 pas des commerces , de la plage , du port et du village. Le quartier est calme nous avons passez une semaine à 4 très agréable. Nous ne pouvons que recommander .
