The Villa du Paradisier is located on the second line of the town of Barneville Plage, just 50 m from the beach.
This new villa has a heated indoor pool with multiple high-end services.

Entirely made by artisans from the Cotentin region, this holiday home is capable of filling you with happiness throughout the year.
Summer at the beach, winter by the heated pool, fills up with luxury in the event of rain.

We provide free cot and baby bath as well as all bathroom linen (towels and bathrobes).

Barneville-Carteret with its large sandy beaches is a family seaside resort, calm, wild, and natural, renowned and lively, classified blue flag of Europe for those who love the sea, nature, rest and walks along by the sea or in the wild dunes.
For the more adventurous, lobster fishing will be a real pleasure, or even a relaxing afternoon at the 18-hole golf course on the Côte des Isles or even a moment of horse riding with the Lypca horse club.

A magnificent panorama awaits you on the cape of Carteret and do not forget to admire the wonderful sunsets over the sea and the cape of Carteret.

This region offers many sports, historical and cultural activities.
Geographically it is a mixture of Brittany and Ireland, this place has kept over time all its authenticity and the town has managed to preserve the charm of this beautiful site.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in Barneville

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem schönen, mit viel Liebe eingerichtetem Haus und haben den zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern ist sehr unkompliziert. Alles ist sehr sauber, wir können diesen Ort für einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub sowie wunderschöne Strandspaziergänge nur empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus, mit sehr netten Gastgebern

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus. Sehr schöne, hochwertige und geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit vielen Extras. Highlight ist der Pool. Innen und außen ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles war genau wie beschrieben und abgebildet. Darüber hinaus waren sogar Bademäntel, Kohle-Grill, elektrische Jalousien an jedem Fenster, überdachter Parkbereich und Tresor verfügbar. Das Haus ist nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Alles bestens, vielen Dank!

Wunderschönes Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand

Wir haben das Haus genau wie auf den Fotos vorgefunden. Die Gestaltung innen und außen ist wirklich toll, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist in hervorragendem, neuwertigem Zustand. Der beheizte Innenpool ist ein echtes Highlight. Die Lage ist traumhaft, es ist absolut ruhig und es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand. Alles war tipptopp sauber, die Abwicklung und der Kontakt waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Fabulous holiday

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Our multi generational family ( aged2 - 72) was very well looked after in every respect. The house was spotlessly clean and furnished with care and affection. The hostess was very attentive and friendly In the hot weather the pool was a blessing although the close beach was well used too. No hesitation in recommending this property

Le Paradisier is perfection

I chose Le Paradisier very carefully. I wanted a house that it would be a pleasure to hang out in, a pool was a must and a location close to a beautiful beach for walking essential for my sanity. As a mum of a twelve year old who struggles with changes in routine, I knew from experience that the first few days he wouldn't leave the house as he'd be settling in and getting used to his new environment so in order for it to be any sort of a holiday for me, the house would need to be pretty special. Le Paradisier is that house. Gorgeous in every way the owner Helene Ourset loves using colour in her interiors and everywhere you look is a feast for the eyes. The stunning pool is covered but opens out onto the front garden so when the weather is nice, as it was every day of our stay, you have that open air feeling whilst being able to directly access the two downstairs bedrooms and bathroom. Upstairs the open plan living dining kitchen space leads onto a covered terrace with stylish outdoor furniture so you have a large outdoor as well as indoor place to eat and relax. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and all arranged in a sleek and orderly manner. Barneville Plage with it's peaceful promenade planted with grasses and alliums is a family beach with a little cafe and you can rent kayaks and fat bikes to explore south as far as you like. It was ideal. Carteret is a ten minute drive and has some nice artisan shops, cafes and restaurants. I would have liked to stay longer and would love to return which says it all really. We are a family of four and the accommodation was just right for us with double beds in each of the three bedrooms. If you want your holiday accommodation to feel a little luxurious, much more than just a base for exploring, Le Paradisier IS perfection.

We had a great tike staying at this luxurious property. We wanted a swimming pool incase the weather was bad but we still used it every day desire excellent weather. Very well equipped property with a definite "wow" factor and the proprietor rightly showed a lot of pride in their creation. Beach is very close too. Along with views of Jersey.

La villa est idéalement située : à 50 mètres d'une magnifique plage face à Jersey, à 5 minutes des commerces bien achalandés et accueillants de Barneville et à moins de 45 minutes de tous les lieux à visiter (du joli village de pêcheurs de Barfleur à la spectaculaire pointe occidentale du Cotentin). La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, est lumineuse et irréprochable de propreté. Sa piscine intérieure chauffée, avec des baies qui s'ouvrent sur le jardin, est un must.
