in 13kms of valence, flat of 55m2 nine understanding, toilet, sdb, room (double bed being able to be separated), room living kitchen tt equipped. living room with new sofa bed. possibility of bed umbrella without sup. ideal location for starting hikes, motorcycles or cyclists (neck of the battle and tourniol, gorge Bourne). golf valence 5 minutes, ardeche 20 minutes, motorway and TGV station 8 minutes. in the middle of the fields, in peace with view on vercors, big closed ground where the children will benefit from the swing, the ping pong table, bowling games and the swimming pool above ground shared the summer .canoé with 30mn, montélimar and its nougat at 35mn, the crocodile farm 30mn .commerces nearby. self-contained wheelchair accessible accommodation. response to inquiries and other inquiries within one hour.

PARFAIT!

Très beau gite conforme au descriptif et photos et même plutot mieux (les photos ne reflètent pas complètement la qualité et la belle vue sur l'extérieur). Literie confortable, calme, chauffage parfait, accueil et contacts avec l'hôte très convivial et arrangeant (matelas pour enfant, chaise haute,...).
